Hi everyone, I also paid €1.95.
Seven days later, I received a notification that my account would be debited with €34.95. It's simply an rip-off!
They charged me even though I canceled subscription few times, (cancelation doesnt go trough for some reason), I even sent them screenshots but they still didnt do anything.
I stopped the transaction and requested a cancellation and refund. If I dont get my money back u will all see it on youtube.

Why when i cancelled why you charged from my 34$
I was lured to the site with the promise of a free CV creation. After I had created my complete CV and invested time, a request for payment of €1.95 suddenly appeared. This alone is a clear deception, because something completely different was advertised.
But that's not all: Without me consciously taking out a subscription, a payment of €34.95 was reserved seven days later. For a "subscription" that I neither knew about nor agreed to. For me, this procedure clearly corresponds to a subscription trap and is non-transparent, dubious and absolutely unacceptable.
That's not how you deal with customers.

My experience with this service has been very negative. I signed up for what appeared to be a €1.95 7-day trial, but it was not clearly stated at the time of subscription that a charge of €34.95 would automatically follow after the trial period.
This lack of transparency is misleading. In addition, it is not possible to cancel the subscription directly through the website, as users are repeatedly redirected to pages promoting alternative offers instead of being provided with a clear cancellation option. This is not consumer-friendly.
I request the immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund of the €34.95 charge.
