The CV they produce and the app is nice and helpful, but they rip you off if you are not extremely careful…
I have gone for „single” option - wanting to generate and download just one CV. This was cheap enough. What I did not notice was that after 14 days they will charge me additional CHF 34+ every two weeks… which is a rip off because their standard offer is around 3 per month. I did not notice it (no Email confirmation, just small letters somewhere in their rules) until they charge me CHF 70. All of that for one CV… So while their format is nice, I would say it’s better to stay away…

I paid €1.95 on 22 November to create a…
I paid €1.95 on 22 November to create a CV. According to their own statements, the premium subscription only starts after a 14-day trial unless cancelled.
However, they charged me €34.95 on 25 November — just three days later, long before the trial ended.
This is completely misleading. There was no clear warning, no reminder, and definitely no respect for the 14-day period they advertise.
To make things worse, contacting their support felt useless. It’s frustrating and feels like a trap designed to charge people quickly.
I have now requested a full refund and cancellation.
I would advise anyone to be extremely careful with this company — read everything twice and monitor your bank/PayPal/Amazon Pay closely.
This experience was unprofessional, unfair, and not transparent at all.
