Fast delivery, next day standard, but at a price!
Pleased with the product

Good product that was well packaged but sadly the delivery by their courier was quite badly handled.

My 2k aerosol order turned up within 3-4 days so a good start. The colour was perfect, great opacity and went on really nice. Been using different spray paints for years so I knew exactly what to do to prep the little metal job. Bought this 2K aerosol because it was a good price, this was the first time I’d used this company. To be honest I was expecting better results from a 2K paint. Normally the drying time would be no more than 20-30 mins and super hard for next coat within the hour. Carried on as normal but found this product marked and scratched a lot easier than other more expensive products I’ve previously used. Even now after weeks of completing the job the paint isn’t as durable as it really should be. Not much more durable than a standard 1K aerosol to be honest. I started to worry a little when I went to just check the paint that was left in the can the next day or so and it could still be used. Normally I would expect it to have thickened and gelled up but this was still sprayable. The clear coats were exactly the same, not the hard durable surface I was expecting. I appreciate isocyanates are very expensive nowadays but I’d rather pay more for a product that’s going to work and be able to be durable and last. Unfortunately in my opinion this isn’t the product, I’ll learn my lesson and pay a bit more for a product that’s definitely going do perform next time and not buy a cheaper product like this. I’m just making a quick edit to say I hope I don’t receive a reply stating that I should of contacted them for support or I may have done something wrong with my preparation before spraying etc. I’ve been reading some of the other reviews and that’s what I expect. I’ve accepted that I got what I paid for which is a cheaper product that’s not done what I wanted. You live and learn…

Very happy with the paint finish (ordered 4, job done with 2½), even before ordering I emailed to double check the paint I needed for the task was correct and would adhere to primed aluminium. Responded within an hour with the correct paint type I would need. Will order from there again for another project.

Great product and fantastic delivery time!!

I ordered "Specialized Oak Green gloss" paint from the Online Paint Shop for a bike chip repair. The listing simply said "Oak Green gloss." However, when the paint arrived, it was a plain, solid gloss green.
Specialized's "Oak Green" colorway is almost always a metallic finish (often listed as Gloss Oak Green Metallic on their bikes, as other vendors confirm) or Satin. The product I received was not metallic and therefore completely useless for matching the original paint on my bike.
While the shop may argue I ordered "gloss" and that's what I received, they completely failed to clarify the critical distinction between a solid gloss and a metallic gloss for a specialty bicycle paint. For a shop selling Official Specialized Touch Up Paint, this oversight is significant.
When I contacted them to explain the mismatch and the typical metallic nature of this specific Specialized color, they refused to issue a refund or exchange as a gesture of goodwill. Their response was simply: "it's what you ordered" and "returns/refunds are not available in the instance the wrong colour has been ordered."
This demonstrates a total lack of customer service. I acknowledge that I may have phoned them up to clarify , but a good retailer would have either clearly listed the paint as "Solid Gloss" or, better yet, offered a one-time resolution for a customer who received an unusable product due to confusing product labelling. Very disappointing experience. Beware if you are ordering specialized metallic colors it looks like Rotaris are far more adept and I have placed an order with them

I've now seen their response , Im not sure how you see it's a match or not without testing it ? So they will always refuse a refund it would seem .
What an opportunity missed to delight a customer....all for the sake of £11.95

Correct colour, fast delivery

The website was easy enough to navigate but you are not informed exactly what, in my case, colour paint I'd chosen until you get to the invoice stage of the process. I also had problems using the 'two pack' K2 spray cans. First can I tried to activate started squirting paint out from the bottom of the can!!!. The second can, the plunger at bottom of the can stuck in once I'd pressed it in. Don't know if this should happen??

Didn't deliver on time as promised but impressed by the contentious follow up afterwards to explain how this was out of their control and a genuine desire to put it right to made me feel like a valued customer.
