I received the package with a torn corner and no goods inside. After contacting the seller, the problem was resolved instantly. They sent me a new item faster than a day. Very grateful for understanding and speed. 10/10
Hate feeling I’ve been scammed but a company based in Germany and delivering from Germany who use a .co.uk web address is definitely a dodgy start. Please don’t use this company they can’t deliver anything on time. If you order a part they take payment very fast. But can’t deliver I’ve been waiting 9 days for a wiper motor and according to there tracking it’s still in there warehouse. Crap customer care I’ve emailed twice with no reply. Order no 42609376

Firstly, I did actually follow the tracking info you sent to me, it only became a problem when for 6 days it stayed in the collection depot. Tracking info useless!!
Secondly, trying to resolve this issue I call on 3 consecutive days, speaking to 3 different customer service agents, being told by each of them that they would chase it up and get back to me....which they didn’t. Customer services useless!!
Finally, during this COVID-19 I have bought many items from all over the UK and Europe and without exception each company has preformed better than in normal times, probably because the roads are empty? Your company absolutely not to be relied upon.
For the sake of your future potential customers please do better and DON’T lie by writing I have had a refund, I HAVEN’T BEEN REFUNDED YET!
