Awful customer service, never received my order, no reply to emails or calls, DO NOT ORDER.
My elderly dog started to yelp when I picked him up to put him in the car. I immediately started to research Glucosamine products and settled on purchasing the product on offer from Only Dogs Allowed. I placed my order online on a Sunday. I thought that the product would be despatched on the Monday and I would receive it Tuesday or Wednesday. I received an email giving me a post office tracking number - which was useless - when you clicked it just told you it would be updated once delivery had been attempted. By Wednesday the product still had not arrived. I sent an email via the website - but no one had the courtesy to respond. By Thursday lunchtime the product still had not been delivered so I decided to purchase a product from my local vet - as I wanted to start my dog on the supplement as soon as possible. It is a shame I didn't do that on the Monday. The product was finally delivered on Saturday - nearly a full week after ordering. So now I am in a situation that I have already started with an alternative solution but have paid for two Glucosamine products. As a new customer you generally order a product when you need it. I think if this company wants to compete seriously in the health market for dogs then they really need to be more responsive in shipping product and have the courtesy to respond when someone raises the issue of the product not arriving. Clearly I will not be ordering from this company again and so they have lost my on-going business - and reading other reviews on Trustpilot I am not the only one who has had this issue.
Brought some dog moisturiser on the 23rd of july.. emailed twice with no responses. I tried to track the package but it keeps going to a app download. I downloaded it and it takes you their shop but wont tell me about my parcel or where it is..
Really disappointed in the level of service.
I use the sensitive skin soap on my dog , it’s really good, but a little expensive for a bar of soap, the only thing I really have issues with is the emails I get, I don’t sign up for them and I keep unsubscribing but they still keep coming

I ordered the skin soother for my Boston terrier. After failing to receive my order I was refunded the full amount immediately. The item arrived a week later and after I enquired how I could pay, I was told that as a goodwill gesture I did not have to pay.
Such a nice thing to do in these difficult times, even when the delay was no fault of theirs. I will certainly recommend this company
I've previously bought Natural Dog Company products from Amazon where they are a lot more expensive. I decided to give Only Dogs Allowed a chance and I was not disappointed. Even during a pandemic our item arrived within 2 days and very well packaged. I will continue to use this company for all my franchie's natural care products!
Ordered a month ago, haven't received my purchase and they don't return emails or have a phone number - beware
I ordered skin soother for my 14 year old dog who has a real big lipoma lump and the skin was starting to dry and irritate her. I placed the order on the 2nd of May and received on the 11th of May. Sadly on the 6th or May my dog crossed the rainbow and joined the angels. I’ve tried to contact the company to see if once it arrived I’d I could return it. I wasn’t looking for a refund and asked if they could pass onto someone who could make use of it. I have had zero response to any of my messages. Not great customer service

excellent stuff... i bought some wrinkle balm for my lhasa,who had bad eczema round her eyes, and using this along with her steroid jabs,, it did wonders for her,,, io also put it on her feet when they start getting itchy with grass allergy
Ordered soother set £38.00 on 2/7/19 arrived 10/7/19 with one of the products missing ! The paw soother.

Poor ordered a snout soother stick from this company on the 28th of April. 16 days later still hasn't arrived have emailed the company twice no reply. Have been sent a tracking number for Royal Mail but their website says its still waiting for the item from the sender. Not impressed have a feeling it's a scam if it's not then extremely poor customer service to completely ignore two emails from a customer asking for am update. Will not be ordering again.
Order placed on Xmas Eve, I messaged to ask how long their holiday was and when I might expect delivery. I never received a reply but received notification that my item had been dispatched complete with a royal mail tracking number on Xmas Day. On both 6 and 7 Jan, I emailed to ask when I could expect delivery. I received notification of a refund on 7 Jan.
I was ordering a joint supplement for my dog and have now run out. Had I not received dispatch notification I could have ordered elsewhere. Not impressed.
August the 1, I ordered items for £59.95, and I have note recieved my order yet, despite I have written to them severel times.
At the track and trace, I can see, that the order never has been send

Today, nearly 3,5 month later I got my money back, after telling the shop, that I would rate them in all social medias.
