I ordered a pair of heels for an…

I ordered a pair of heels for an upcoming event and after I placed my order I realized with shipping times they would not be here in time. I emailed the company about canceling my order and they were quick to respond and helped me get the order cancelled. I will try ordering again in the future when I don’t have a time crunch to receive my order.

After placing an order from OnlyMaker

After placing an order from OnlyMaker, I had a problem with one of my pair of my shoes after reaching out to customer support my problem was quickly resolved. The remaining of my order was delivered on time and when I tell you all my shoes are so beautiful and comfortable on my feet… not to mention how hard it is to find shoes for a big foot woman such as myself! I fell in love with the whole site and quality of service I received and will most definitely return for future ordering! And everything fit to size! Nothing bad to say at all!

absolutely love!

This is the first time I have ordered from this company. You definitely have to have patience, but oh my God when you receive the item it’s exactly as pictured!! I ordered shearling boots and they are seriously gorgeous!! Now I’m looking to order my next pair of boots!!
