The quality for the price of the shoes is great! But I would say that one of Onlymaker's strength is their Customer service.

On June 10, I made and order #180148S for a pair of Black Mary Jane Platform Chunky High Heels Pumps size US13 for $72.98 total including taxes. On June 16 they send me an e-mail telling me that my order is on the way with JS Express tracking number: JSEXJ1623606270YQ
Until today, 3 complete months and 15 days more and I haven't received my shoes or any information about my order yet!!! If I know is going to be that long to receive merchandise for your company, NEVER MADE THE ORDER!!! I made orders with other companies around the world, and NEVER took so long to arrive!!! I try to be patience, but this is a joke! I e-mail a lot of times and only receive for answer to wait patiently... I try to call a few times but never answer the phone!!! How much do I need to wait? WHERE ARE MY SHOES that I'm paid 3 months & 15 days ago? My patience finish!!! I need answers now, my shoes or my money back immediately!!! Still waiting for information...

These shoes are really cute, and have a variety of sizes that is hard to find with my size. The customer service team was great to work with. They responded quickly and helped me with my questions. Would definitely recommend.

My first time ordering so I was very skeptical...I received everything in a reasonable time and my boots are GORGEOUS!

They’re always so prompt in assisting me, even when the mistake is my fault. The products are amazing and I have an addiction in purchasing shoes from them. Onlymaker is inclusive and brilliant!

To start off with I measured my fit before I ordered and I even went a size up. I’m a female who struggles to find wide fit sandals when I heard about only maker i was happy and optimistic as I know they cater for male sandals/heel too and I’m usually not this optimistic when it comes to finding shoes that fit. they arrived I tried them on and was disappointed to see that they’re long enough for my foot but the shoe itself is so slim and so small my foot on the side was hanging off and the actual shoe was tights because again they were so small in width then I was checking the size on the bottom to see if it was correct and noticed they were all scratched up and then I checked the other one and that one was all scratched up too yes they did refund me but there’s so many things they need to fix with their company and the shoes

There are just so many options of of shoes I love it

I made an order for some shoes but after I placed the order I realized that the event schedule had changed and the shoes would not arrive in time. I wrote Onlymaker service department to see if I could cancel the order before it was shipped saving me time and money on returning them right after I would receive them, They were vere helpful and canceled the order and refunded the purchase price.
