Good but could do with improvement.
Delivery didnot come the next day as promised and had to phone twice as was not confident it was on it's way until I got the email that it was dispatched. I think another e mail is required to say that it is being processed so we know where we are!

Your review was extremely disappointing for us. You state 'never returns calls' which is puzzling. At no point have we spoken with you to my recollection and we don't have an answerphone service so this is confusing. Your email regarding the Corten sample you requested was genuinely missed for a couple of days but a response was sent on the 03/09. All our reviews have been 5* with the exception of one 4* so I can assure you this is an isolated incident. I assure you we are very customer service orientated and pride ourselves on our professionalism. We welcome the opportunity to prove ourselves to you. KR Richard

Not just interested in large orders
Only needed 2 tiles to repair wall. Odd size tiles as well. Went to all major retailers and they were not interested in sourcing. Found these guys sorted and delivered in 2 days. Well boxed on delivery. Job done.

Next day delivery was very efficient and tiles were exactly as advertised - they were quite tricky to find so indebted to onlytiles for their range...
Only small quirk - the delivery driver can't deliver the tiles into your house - just to the doorstep which is a little odd...
Other than that couldn't be happier
