The bad: not in stock when I made my purchase, so had to wait longer, and had to chase for a tracking number. And DPD is a bad choice of carrier: try making a complaint or even talking to someone when they make an error. Seriously, try it and see how hard it is.
The good: item arrived as bought, and (less for DPD multiple errors) on time.
The great: really good communication from Lydia who worked hard to solve problems and chased orders and DPD.
