3rd class services by them and hostingraja

fake company now like hosting raja. they fool people. they are cheap in not price but in service. I recommend not to take any service from these company. I have not only lost my money but also my time which is very important for me. kabhi ense service mat lejeyega.

Its not overtake by hostingraja. Cant able to login to clientarea to both website. Client area is lost and few site lost. No proper support received.

Recently the ono hosting have been changed to something called hostingraj.in, my entire file is lost and the cpanel is also not working properly.
I would recommend you to never use this kind of low cost hosting platforms where your work goes wasted like me.

Worst Hosting Service:

First and foremost, the hosting service itself was abysmal. The promised uptime of good seemed like a cruel joke, as my website was frequently down for hours at a time. This not only hurt my online presence but also impacted my business revenue. It's incredibly frustrating to invest time and money into a website, only to have it inaccessible when potential customers are trying to visit.

Furthermore, the loading times were incredibly slow, making navigation on my site a painful experience for anyone who managed to access it. It's no wonder that my site's bounce rate skyrocketed during the time it was hosted with OnOn Hosting Company.

Worst Customer Service Team:

If the poor hosting service wasn't bad enough, dealing with their customer service team was an even bigger headache. Trying to get in touch with a representative was like pulling teeth. When I finally managed to reach someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns.

Instead of addressing the issues with the hosting service, they were quick to blame external factors or suggest that I upgrade to a more expensive plan. It felt like they were more interested in squeezing every penny out of me than actually providing a functional service.

To make matters worse, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding billing. I was charged for services I never signed up for, and getting a refund was like navigating a labyrinth of bureaucratic red tape.

In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend OnOn Hosting Company to anyone. Their hosting service is unreliable, their customer support is atrocious, and their billing practices are shady at best. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your hosting needs. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that actually value their customers and provide the service they promise.
