This company really took me out of my comfort zone. Rep Jill is so unprofessional I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you want unprofessional service and delayed response sign up with them, you are not able to ask questions and only hear from property management when money is late or you have received an HOA violation. We were not even provided a 30-day notice of renewal. The worst renting company I have ever been in contact with. This is a honest tenant review and I would not recommend.

Be very careful utilizing this management company. They are dishonest as they participate in false advertising. My wife and I found a property they listed went thru the process got approved, and when my wife went to the property it was not as advertised. A 3 br 3 bth was a 2 bedroom
Townhouse with a casita in the back with a renter present. We were very disappointed as this property checked all of our boxes. We will never use this company again as we asked for our application fee be refunded and they refused. So please be careful engaging this company they are not honest.

ZERO star is the best rate for On q. I trusted them to manage my brand new home but unfortunately they failed to do the proper screening with the tenant. I found out tenant has a current eviction and other red flags. They told me that tenant lied in their application. But there are ways to find out... Because of this, I had a trauma renting my house again and negatively affected my life.
