II was charged on my charge card for product that I NEVER received. When I contacted the company about the problem, they placed the blame on the post office and vowed that my package was delivered. When I took the tracking number to the post office to find the package, they said the tracking number wasn't even a logical or existing tracking number. SCAM SCAM SCAM--DON'T order a thing from this fake company!

Never recieved the product and no refund of money. The replies via email are computer generated and always the same!!

Says it will give discount after certain amount of orders but is a scam

SCAM COMPANY I LOST $43
I bought a mite vacuum. I was worried about ordering due to not knowing the company but the regular shipping updates gave me confidence. I paid a total of $43 for the item (inc 7 shipping). Finally I received the item. It doesn’t work, the customer service was responding and I sent pictures showing it couldn’t even pick up a piece of paper (it is supposed to be high suction UV etc). They said that it is going to be expensive for me to return the item, so maybe I should keep the product and they give me $2 compensation! I have refused this and asked for them to at least help me try and fix the item. But basically it looks like I have just thrown the money down the drain. I knew I should not have ordered from a company i didn’t know.

If I could rate it lower I would! I ordered 5 little people on a box as an anniversary gift. I received only the 5 little people no box and the company keep telling me I got what I ordered. No human being to talk to and I am €40 down! Disgusting company!!!

Obviously I can’t truly speak for my three year old, but these feel like they would be very comfortable! And my daughter never objects to wearing them…they have become one of her favs! Would def buy again.

This are soooo good! Got these for my 11 year old daughter for hiking around Utah and Arizona... She has long slender feet, but her instep and arches are high and she also needs a wider toe bed... She never once complained that her feet hurt during the entire trip that was spent hiking and walking for days... Yes, they're waterproof, too! PERFECTION!

I did not want to give any star at all! This is a scam company from China. Unfortunately, my 78 year old mother ordered a product from their website but did not receive a confirmation e-mail. I highly suspect that she will never receive the product :-( When I tried to e-mail customer support, I just got an automatic answer back, telling me to click on a link, to contact the suppliers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

Bought the We are Family and received only the figures no base. Cannot get any reply from them only a most unhelpful bot.

I bought the large which is a size up for me. I am broad shouldered. So I would say if you are same get an XL. This is the only area that was a little tight. It’s a nice coat. Soft. Lined and it’ll be perfect for Fall.

Ordered items via Facebook six weeks ago and not delivered. Lots of email updates re shipping which read like they are fake. Chatbot support is clearly an unhelpful robot. Buyers beware - this is likely a scam
