We had a fabulous tour guide in Hanoi - Hung Do! He was a wealth of knowledge! He taught us so much, gave many excellent recommendations and was heaps of fun to be around! Hung altered our itinerary to suit us, adding our special requests. The flexibility made the experience so much better!
We had a fabulous tour guide in Saigon - Ben. He also gave much flexibility by adding and swapping things around! He was so much fun!

We recently finished our Very Vietnam Tour with On The Go, our guide was Hung. Hung was an incredible tour guide and if you are lucky enough to get him any Vietnam Tour will be incredible. We dealt with On the Go via our Travel Agent and everything we smoothly. Would recommend reading up on the add on tours as some of those make the tour even more amazing.

Best of Vietnam tour was. paced just right. Got to see a good overview of Vietnam. Plenty of own time to enjoy things ourselves. Hung was an amazing guide and made this tour even more enjoyable.

This is my third On the Go trip. Done Egypt and Sri Lanka previously. The current Vietnam tour for me was the best. Fantastic experience, lovely group and an amazing tour guide. His in-depth knowledge and history of Vietnam made the tour exceptional. All the places we visited were really enjoyable. The highlight for me was Halong Bay.

We did the Imperial Cities tour as a private tour with Azziz as our guide and Jussef as our driver. We found from arrival to finish all was as promised except for a change of accommodation in Fes. The substitute was fine. Everything went to time Azziz was prompt always helpful and made sure we were well settled each night. The tour was 7 days and we covered a lot of ground. Possibly for the distances an extra day or two would not go astray. We felt we would have preferred more time in Rabat and less in Chefchauen. Jussef's driving through the Atlas mountains( and elsewhere) was superb. Always present was Azziz's gentle but guiding presence with suggestions as to how to expand our experience. Overall a tour for history and culture buffs . We deliberately excluded beach and sahara experiences, but these are available on other tours. There is time to explore on your own or rest so the pace while fast did not seem so. Thank you Azziz.

Was a little worried we’d be too old to do this tour but happy to find like minded people within our age group. Great group of people. No complaints with any hotels, much better than we expected! Hung was a super competent tour guide who was the anchor for our group. So knowledgeable, funny and organised. All the included meals were excellent. Maybe some days felt a bit rushed but that’s probably because we’re getting older. He looked after his flock like a dad. A tour guide like that is hard to find.

Over 9 days we enjoyed this busy and fast paced tour.
It had some great experiences, like riding a camel through the Sahara and wandering through endless alleyways in the Medina.
The daily tagine and couscous can get a little too much though, we would have liked to have been exposed to a wider variety of Moroccan foods (which we found at other restaurants in our free-time).
Our Tour guide Aziz was well informed, experienced and overall a brilliant guide. He truly added to the experience.

From start to finish On the Go Tours made me regret ever booking my trip.
1) I booked a tour and the webpage loaded a ‘booking confirmed’ page so I went ahead and made the rest of my travel arrangements, only to then be told my booking wasn’t actually confirmed. I naturally then had some very stressful days thinking I had booked flights with nothing to do.
2) on the go tours stated the tour I booked was provided by a partner, but by refusing to name them it made it impossible to choose to book direct.
3) I was told my tour was cancelled 14h before it was due to depart and several hours after those who had booked direct were informed.
4) I was offered an alternative shortened tour but with almost no information about what it would entail or how much it would cost and asked to make a decision on the spot
5) the replacement tour failed to include the only places I was told it would go, the very reason I decided to say yes
6) The refund I was given was literally a joke, considering my ability to chose what I wanted to do was taken away, and went on a tour half as long that didn’t include the headline stops of this tour
7) I have been gaslight, ignored and generally given the run around while trying to get a fair resolution.
All things considered - book with literally any other tour company. I literally would have sooner stayed at home, not because of poor weather, but because of On the Go Tours abysmal communication and customer care.

Travelled in small group of 6 with Aziz as leader through Morocco from 12-24 May 2025. A wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable tour guide, Aziz. He is very professional & caring. I slipped & broke my wrist.Aziz took me to a private hospital in Fez where I was very well looked after in a very efficient and professional manner.
I am sure Aziz is a great asset to the company as no request was too much trouble. An amazing experience!

Our guide Jamal was excellent an informative. He had great insight into many aspects and made the tour very interesting and enjoyable.
Our driver, Mustafa, was also excellent. He drove well and kept his Mercedes mini bus in tip top condition and very clean too.
Our review would have been higher if it weren't for some otherwise hotel and meals.
We were so pleased that we spent the last 3 nights in Essaouira. We had a wonderful beach front hotel room in a great hotel. It was also close to the fishing harbour and Medina.

Our tour guide Jamal was a 5+ star rating. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, inclusive, fun and entertaining, provided precise daily expectations and instructions and so warm - greetings always accompanied with a smile. Jamal was refreshing! Our driver Mustafa was an excellent driver and very respectful with a great smile. My rating of a 4 of 5 (a 4.5 is more appropriate) is due to a couple of places we stayed (unkept, without towels) and some of the food that was provided was mediocre. Overall the tour was a wonderful lifetime experience including connecting and making new friends. Thanks Jamal!

This is my second time using On The Go and once again they didn't disappoint. We visited some beautiful and interesting places and got to learn so much about this incredibly varied and magical country. Standouts for me were exploring Marrakech and Fes, and finally being in the Sahara Desert - experiences that will stay with me forever.
We were a group of 11, a good mix of nationalities and they all made wonderful travel companions.
The accommodations were well chosen - a variety of hotels and beautiful riads. The staff in all were very friendly and accommodating.
The food and choices of restaurants were very good and it was great trying the different Moroccan specialities.
All of this was made exceptional by our driver and our tour leader - my heartfelt thanks to them both! Mustafa our driver kept us safe on the roads with his skilled driving, navigating through traffic smoothy and managing the hairpin bends up the mountains with ease! Our tour leader Jamal was highly organised, considerate and great fun! He shared a wealth of information, both on the road and where we visited, and is clearly very passionate about sharing his country with us. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond, answering questions, providing recommendations, sharing stories, and ensuring we were happy at all times.
I highly recommend this trip and am already looking to go back!

We Joined the tour in Morroco and had a very good tour guide -Jamel who take care of us and he is amazing. However, the hotel we stayed and food that we had was not good excepted for the first 2 days in Marrakech. The Rabat hotel which is very bad even without hot water and the room is tiny . I would suggest the company to review all restaurants and hotel. that they picked up for their customers. The tent in Sahara is broken and dirty and I am lucky that I choice to stay in the hotel. I did find the other site of tent is much better and clean.

On the go tours had entrusted Neon tours.com in Turkey for the conducted tours. However Neon tours.com took our group of 7 tourists on a metro ferry and charged us 45 USD with no dinner cruising & entertainment Bosphorus Pollat hotel had a cruise with dinner entertainment belly dancing & return transfers for 60 Euros. During our spare time in Izmir we went for a metro cruising & it cost us per person 40 Turkish lira. That’s when our tour group of 7 realized we have been scammed. They are taking it up with there travel agent for refund from neontours.com

Our guide, Aziz was fantastic. He shared local knowledge and the history of Morocco. Everything was run smoothly and we experienced some amazing visits to local homes and families. Aziz and the driver Ziad were just the best!

Had a great trip on the Totally Morocco tour. Visited some really interesting places and our guide Aziz was incredibly informative and helpful. The highlight of the trip was the camel ride and overnight stay in the Sahara desert.

We’ve just finished 2 weeks on the wonderful “Magical Morocco” tour. It was fabulous! We were a small group of 6 led by our awesome guide Mustapha. We covered a lot of ground on the tour, stayed in some beautiful traditional Riad’s and enjoyed city tours, wonderful Moroccan cuisine and a night under canvas in the desert. All in all, a trip to be remembered and one that comes highly recommended!

I cant rate this company and our trip through Vietnam highly enough. We had an excellent guide who kept us up with briefings, comfort stops and water refreshment. He had an excellent knowledge of Vietnams history and shared personal experiences, providing glimpses of family life and valuable insight on the huge transition, which has shaped and is shaping Vietnam today. Hung made himself available for any questions or help we needed throughout and even after the tour, which was really reassuring. The tour covered a great variety of activities, the major stops of interest, as well as options which meant you could take time out if you wanted. Everyone remarked how much we had covered and done in our ten days. What also impressed us about On the Go was the way they took care of us post tour, right up until we left. Our tour ended the day before the 50 year Unification celebrations and our final hotel was situated right near the proposed route. Realising the potential traffic issues and difficulties we might have getting to the airport the next day, On the Go sorted, alternative accommodation ( five minutes from the airport). They arranged and time tabled all our taxis and transfers etc so we didnt even have to think about it. tour - 19 April - 29 April 2025
