We ordered a car port from Oogarden on line at the beginning of March. The full cost of the order was taken and we awaited to hear from them with a delivery date. We subsequently received three separate delivery dates all of which were cancelled. After consulting their website we were given to understand that the order had been despatched on the 24 March and we should receive it within a few days. The coronavirus lockdown then started.
It is now 30th April and despite numerous attempts to contact the company we have received nothing, no new delivery dates, no explanation, apology or the offer of a refund.
We understand that these are extraordinary times and normal smooth running services cannot be expected. However, we do expect the common courtesy of a reply to our requests for information.
Needless to say sadly we will not be using Oogarden for any more of our garden renovations.
Nous avons commandé un abri d'auto à Oogarden en ligne début mars. Le coût total de la commande a été pris et nous avons attendu de les entendre avec une date de livraison. Nous avons par la suite reçu trois dates de livraison distinctes, toutes annulées. Après avoir consulté leur site Internet, il nous a été donné de comprendre que la commande avait été expédiée le 24 mars et que nous devrions la recevoir dans quelques jours. Le verrouillage du coronavirus a alors commencé.
Nous sommes maintenant le 30 avril et malgré de nombreuses tentatives pour contacter la société, nous n'avons rien reçu, aucune nouvelle date de livraison, aucune explication, aucune excuse ou l'offre de remboursement.
Nous comprenons que ce sont des temps extraordinaires et que l'on ne peut pas s'attendre à des services de fonctionnement normal. Cependant, nous attendons la courtoisie habituelle d'une réponse à nos demandes d'informations.
Il va sans dire que nous n'utiliserons plus Oogarden pour nos rénovations de jardin.
