Confirmed Booking, Charged My Card, Then Asked for an Extra $380 After 24 Hours
This is my second time booking through OOJO, and unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I booked my ticket, received a booking confirmation, and my credit card was charged immediately. I then waited over 24 hours for the ticket to be issued. When I called customer support after several hours, I was told that there can sometimes be delays in processing with the airline, so I continued to wait.
After more than 24 hours, I called again, only to be told that they could not issue my ticket because the fare had increased, and I would need to pay an additional $380.
This is completely unacceptable. During my first booking with OOJO, when the fare increased, I was informed of the price change before confirming the booking and making the payment. This time, however, my booking was confirmed, my card was charged, and only after keeping me waiting for over a day was I asked to pay hundreds of dollars more.
This feels misleading and unfair. If the fare was not guaranteed, I should have been informed immediately—not after taking my payment and making me wait for over 24 hours. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in OOJO, and I cannot recommend their service based on how this booking was handled.
Poor Customer service waiting for long hours and call gets dropped with asking for survey , I dont know if they really care for service or any feedback collected,

I had a problem with the duration that takes for my ticket to be issued. It took four days after calling back and forth for my ticket to be issued and it was really frustrating experiences . It was only when I was transferred to customer support service that within 15 minutes my ticket was issued. I think you need to improve in the duration of issuing the tickets and it takes long and no one updates you what’s going on unless you call couple of times. It was my first time using oojo.

Terrible!!!! Paid over $400 for checked baggage for our flight. It was never reported to the airlines and we had to pay over double for all of our checked bags. Scammers and liars!!!!
