Easy to order my replacement ip phone and was able to provision it for our office at time of purchase. Very convenient and now we can just plug it in.

I recently had the opportunity to speak with a Senior Sales Executive at Ooma regarding a business phone solution for my small business, and the level of service I received was exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly understand both my business operations and specific requirements. Throughout the interaction, she was professional, personable, and highly attentive. I am very pleased with my decision to move forward with Ooma Office Pro.

I have been on with your support for roughly 5 hours and problem after problem

Most things are great! I can add and remove users as needed and trouble shoot when needed. I can do a ton of things without the help of customer support. I think when all of us are calling a ton, the phone lines lag or drops the calls sometimes.

Avoid Ooma — Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service
Our experience with Ooma has been extremely frustrating from start to finish. The product itself is very limiting, and the call quality is unreliable — frequent dropped calls and poor audio made it difficult to run our business effectively.
Trying to resolve these issues was even worse. I spent hours on the phone with customer support with no real solutions offered. The support team was unhelpful, repetitive, and ultimately ineffective.
We finally decided to switch providers. About a month ago, we completed the transition — all numbers were successfully ported, and the account was canceled. Despite this, Ooma charged us for an additional month.
When I contacted them, they insisted the charge was due to a number not being ported out. However, our new provider confirmed that the port had already been completed before Ooma billed us again.
This feels like a company that prioritizes billing over integrity. Between the poor product and the lack of accountability, I would strongly recommend avoiding Ooma altogether.

Customer service was lacking.
I was excited to hear about the product and ready to buy phone lines for all of my overseas employees but had trouble getting clear information or help from the rep that I was connected with. Once I was able to get a contract signed, the rep was very unprofessional, unresponsive, and set my account up with the multiple errors. I had to backtrack multiple times to correct his mistakes.
I would not recommend Ooma to anyone in fear they would be connected to the rep who handled my account.
The service itself seems to be adequate but the customer experience was lacking in every aspect.

The OOMA customer service people are helpful.
The problem was that the phone calls were going to my computer rather than to my VOIP Yealink telephone.
There are several steps, and knowing where to go with which extension to set up the settings so that when a phone call comes in, it goes to where I need it to go to answer the phone or leave a voice message.
Sometimes there is a challenge where something happens, and I cannot log in to the OOMA account. It should be 'simple' to update, but it isn't, which means I have to call customer service to help me update the password to log in to OOMA.
Happy Trails,
Raymond

Because Hotwire was ripping me off to the tune of $80 per month for phone and security, I researched and found a phone and security system company called Ooma. This proved to be THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF PURCHASING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!
Ooma SUCKS. It provided us with service that worked for about 10-12 days since purchasing it and plugging it in LAST NOVEMBER!!!!! only, after the arduous task getting these INCOMPETENTS to port my phone number. My Ooma phone system has been unplugged for many days now because I don’t want it in my home and I’m still getting messages to the base, but THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK.
I emailed, phoned, begged and threatened Ooma in emails and phone calls but they WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
During the short spurts of time when the Ooma phone FINALLY WORKED, I foolishly purchased added security. THEIR SECURITY ADD-ONS WERE AN EVEN WORSE NIGHTMARE! They claim to be refunding me my money for that but I DON’T TRUST OOMA AS THEY LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. The last call was from Tereasa – who assured me they would refund my Ooma Phone that I purchased from BestBuy. They agreed because NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH OOMA can speak a word of English so their scam is to keep passing you on to someone who would surely help. BUT NEVER DO!
So, I’m preparing to file a report with the FCC and The Attorney General’s Office of the States of Florida and California.
