Really bad as i been playing none stop to get vouchers, came first places for £30 voucher but was rewarded with 2nd places, they even lost my first account which i have many unclaimed vouchers, they wont even helped me to get my account back.
You play games to win vouchers, pay extra money for the products for them to cancel your order and not get vouchers back to use in other products. After numerous emails it took 6 weeks for them to then blame another company. Absolute joke of a company. Would not recommend
Previously had a good experience with the company so thought it was trustworthy. Unfortunately I had to return a product and despite showing the parcel, the label with the tracking and the tracking showing as delivered they are unwilling to refund me and are not returning the product either. Very disappointed and couldn’t in good conscience recommend to others.
