Great experience start to finish - entered a draw with hope to win something and was so happy to receive a call to say I had won 8k! Spoke to Claire who calmly told me exactly what I needed to do and was promptly given all information for contact, sending details etc. They calmed all my ‘it’s too good to be true ’ nerves easily with transparency great communication and a Great team!
