Made an offer and never heard back…

Worst estate agents ever to deal with.

No communication. No updates. No one picks up the phone?!

I made an offer on a property in Bracknell and the estate agent Mark Sebastian never got back to me.

Strategicpropertygroup.co.uk are trading illegal dishonest, malpractice, serious misconduct misrepresentation services. The letting Agent Vijay k Sharma failed to comply with most of the code practice for residential letting agent.

I would not trust this company. I had put a job for some decorating work to be completed. I was contacted by them saying they are expanding from being estate agents into supplying other services. We agreed on a price all works agreed in writing. The works I thought was completed and I made the mistake of paying. However instead of 5 shelves that were agreed they supplied 3 shelves and one old shelf. On making a complaint the contractor came on two occasions bringing old shelves with holes insisting that the material was not available and blaming me for being unreasonable for requesting the same type of shelf and for it to be new. The person in charge sounds very polite and efficient until things go wrong and then blames the customer. Do not use. I am speaking about the Wembley branch which is open.

Tried to get through multiple times a day every day for a week and a half, to book a viewing. Got through to reception or main office every time & was told all they could do was take a message & ask the local agent to contact me. Asked to speak to a manager so they could help escalate this for me, I spoke to someone that called himself "Alex" who lied through his teeth, clearly wasn't a manager & said he'd get the local agent to call me straight away. Never happened.

3 weeks later have never had a call back from anyone.

Went to view the property with a different agent & put an offer down.

Utterly pathetic company.

I’m from London, but was buying outside of London.
