Horrible. Awful customer service and overall experience following parcel being lost by UPS. No accountability taken, no proactivity in helping (fobbed off to me to deal with UPS), no solutions provided. STILL waiting on order 2 months after trying to “withdraw” pulled (paid for!!) items. Sketchy business with sketchy practices and no buyer protections - avoid at all costs

Fun way to open packs that are hard to find in shops! Great prices as well compared to the UK as well. I've pulled some of my top chase cards through Open That Pack, delivery does take a while from the US but have been really happy with the condition of the cards and how securely they've been packed.

Ive pulled so many great hits through this site and they all turn up, well packaged and they even slabbed 2 of my hits the SIR Blastoise and Charizard at psa 9!

I was initially very skeptical and worried it sounded to good to be true, and worried that the cards I pulled would be delivered as low quality but I have no complaints at all about the quality!

I hounded the poor customer services because of my skeptism but they kept me posted answered my questions and delivered what I pulled from the site

I will say 2 things, the website is tricky to navigate and not wholly intuitive and there is a wait on delivery sometimes but thats all detailed on site if you know where to find it!

Over 300 cards delivered to me with about half of those being good or amazing hits

Just got my cards in the mail today and all are in great condition! Very securely packaged too.

I love opening Pokemon packs and got some really great pulls from the packs I opened! The buy back option is also really handy so you don't have tons of bulk.

Site is easy to use and was very happy to see free international shipping! Wait and prep time for the order was also very quick!

Been using this site for a while now and it's always worked really well. Christmas day I had a slight issue with the advent and Mike was able to respond and get the issue rectified within a couple of hours...on Christmas day. Unbelievable customer service. Would highly recommend

They say it's real pull rates. Based on the large number of packs I've opened and the horrible luck ive had i would say i dont believe that to be true. Better off buying your physical packs. Ive never had that kind of bad luck opening real packs that i did on open that pack

I'm usually a sealed collector, but I couldn't resist. Opened a few for the experience and now I'm a regular. It's that well done.

Put in 20$ and got a 250$ card but didn't really want it so I sold it back and bought a ton of prismatic evolutions boxes and pulled a god pack! I just got the god pack in the mail and the cards are all in very good near mint condition! Overall I'm very satisfied and shout-out to their customer service guy Mike he's super helpful!

Had an amazing experience with this site so far.

I found this site via a YouTube review, at first I was skeptical as the site aesthetics weren't exactly the best (seems more like a site from the early 2000s) but the actual idea behind it is brilliant.
You can purchase packs/boxes of packs at market price, instead of having to deal with stores/sites who are constantly out of stock or scalpers selling packs at 50%+ value. Once you pull digitally you can choose to have the cards sent to you or sell back to the site for more credit which is great as you don't have to deal with bulk.

The things I were worried about were if it was legit, if the pull rates were bad, quality of the cards and delivery (I am from the UK and the site is based in NA).
All my questions were answered and I was blown away by how great the site is especially the customer support and packing team.

All pull rates for packs are advertised on the site with clear probabilities so you know what to expect. I used the site on 3 separate occasions and altogether used about £130 ($180). With that I pulled many hits and also pulled Moonbreon as well as the Surging Sparks full art Latias which are both very valuable cards. I couldn't believe my eyes.

I had all my cards ordered for delivery for free, despite being from UK, and was skeptical of time and also the quality of the cards.
I made a mistake and ordered all my cards, including bulk, but they still packed my order however it took around 8 or 9 days to pack, which I now understand why as the packing of the cards was done amazingly.
Not only did the cards come perfectly packed, with all foils/holos in sleeves but any hits were in toploaders and the two big hits (Latias/Moonbreon) came in unglued slabs wrapped in bubble wrap and in their own box, I was extremely impressed by how fast the delivery came and how much work had been put into the packing. The best part of all the cards were in incredible condition, I was sure there's no way they could keep their promise of all cards being near mint or grade 9 at minimum but genuinely most of these could be 10s.

The customer support is also open 24 hours a day which was great for me in the UK, I especially want to shout out "Mike" as he was almost always the person I dealt with and was very nice and helpful even though I was asking a lot of questions (which I later found out were all available in their FAQ).

I HIGHLY recommend this site and only wish I had social media to promote them more because it's an amazing idea in the current market where it's impossible to find packs at reasonable prices and the team really put care into their job.
Will definitely be using them whenever I want to pull cards!

I discovered OTP at the end of May when it was impossible to find Pokémon cards in stores. The only products available were from scalpers at more than double the price!!! Since then, I’ve only opened my packs on OTP and had the ones I wanted to keep delivered right to my door! I love it! Hoping a dedicated app is coming soon

Not recommended, they say its the same as opening packs.
The odds are really low
I opened 9 packs in total worth 48$ and got for all of that only 5 $ worth of cards.
Yea they need to earn somehow but !
The odds that you will earn from it are not existent.
And the support are really not supporting and only defending themselves.
Especially mike.
Not worth.
