This firm seemed like a scam at first

**Updated** After original feelings seem to fall on deaf ears we were randomly offered a earlier reschedulement, a nice technician came and seems to have somewhat fixed our wash machine (it's not 100% but it seems to trigger to fuse less) and seems we were not billed for it as it should be since it was still in warranty so will increase my rating to a 3 while still monitoring the machine.

This firm is a scam, they just reschudule with you until you give up. Our washing machine is broken we schedule 2 weeks in the future but on this day they cancel ask us to reschedule another 2 weeks further again!
that's almost a month now with a broken washing machine. i can't believe mediamarkt partnered with these guys..

The same problem once more

I have had a problem with my SideBySide-Refrigarator.
Operatec fixed the problem very quick.
But later the same problem appeard once more.
Now they want me to pay about 200.- €. That´s not fair!
