Steer far away from the company Optilens.de
In April I ordered two pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and paid by Paypal.
Firstly, I had to call them several times to arrange a delivery in the first place. After these phone calls, at the end, they sent a package with only ONE of the two pairs of sunglasses I ordered.
I drove from Norway (Oslo), where I live, to Sweden (Strømstad) to only pick up this package. As I opened it, it turned out to only be a pair of sunglasses and not two as I have ordered and paid for. I ordered these sunglasses to be delivered to a Poste Restante and they weigh the packages as you pay for the number of the kg they hold. That I'm very glad for, because that was a proof of that the package only corresponded to the package itself with one pair of sunglasses. For me this is the closest you get scamming!
This took another round of e-mails and phone calls before they realized that they had made a mistake, and at the end sent the package in a hurry without following my guidelines about where to send the new package, as I used this Post office in Sweden as a one-time case. This is simply bad customer service! I'm pretty sure I'm not the first customer to experience this.
