No improvements for pas 22 years except in raising prices
Long time ago it was somewhat good company and currently they feed people false promises about some "uber speeds" when the best they can offer is DIAL-Up speed of internet and wobbly connection even on landlines ... I have had major issues to break my Contract WITHOUT any predefined length and it is a major issue that is gong on for the past few months.
I seriously Advise all people to AVOID at all costs Optima (I hope TELEMACH will completely overtake them and in Eastern Croatia we will soon have the ability to use faster speeds than DIAL-UP that has became obsolete 22 years AGO ...). Avoid Optima, HT/magenta and A1/tomato as they are the worst in Croatia
