Totally reprehensible company

Totally reprehensible company! Despite emailing them more than 2 weeks ago about several fair websites impersonating theirs and scamming people (I lost over $80) they have done nothing to take down the fake websites despite assuring me it was a top priority. It took me less than 30 minutes to search for, contact the host and have the fake website that I lost money to taken down. My last email to Optimum Nutrition went over a week ago was left unanswered and my next step will be to contact the press to see if there interested to take up the story as clearly ON clearly don't consider it their Duty of Care to take action when their customers lose money to fake websites!

Still waiting for shipping after 7 days update now 9 days

I ordered jan 14th it was confirmed that day and you got my money jan 15th and I still have no protein powder I ordered the 1.5pound I always order from this company until now you got my money and I have me nothing and I called today since it had been 7 days no tracking it keeps saying confirmed for 7 days I talked to a women as she was totally rude and not trained how treat people I loved this protein swore by it no longer will I be a customer I asked for some proof it had shipped she said It is out of my hands ups has it I said no they do not I have no nothing saying they have it and I have ups my choice they show things that shipped without tracking and there is nothing there so she lied they jave myoney and she was rude now we are going on 8 days no protein powder I always order every month past 2 years and it has very much interfered with my training and workouts I rely on my protein daily how could I when your company is terrible to customers and gives no shipping no reassurance that you will take care of it she did nothing I will be going elsewhere I hate to I do not have. A choice this is wrong and that lady told me there was nothing she could to was wrong to you are responsible for the package until it reaches the customer safely you are responsible for it I am very disappointed are these people trained to not help us why be so unhelpful and rude I cannot have protein company mess with my workout and training I cannot believe they are trying to resolve this unbelievable it is stressing me soo bad

Update ..,, Now it is the 8btg day and I got a response from them yesterday they gave me my shipping and apologized and said they would have it overnightes which I was seriously hoping it would be I really need it and we are getting a really terrible snow storm this weekend might not be able to get shipments delivered until next week sometime I was really hoping they would do this for me since I did pay for the protein powder on the 14th and really overnighting is should be the least they could do for em since it has been 9 days it still says confirmed..,, anyways I did not get it yet and the status has still not changed yet either I do not kniw what to say i want proof of the overnighting and proof that anything has changed it seems that I got an empty promise I got my shipping back they still have my money for the protineni do not know I am seriously disappointed.

I contacted Optimum Nutrition customer…

I contacted Optimum Nutrition customer care to correct my shipping address—a simple request that should have taken minutes. Instead, I was met with extremely rude behavior from the representative. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and repeatedly hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a well-known brand. Customers shouldn’t be treated with disrespect for asking for basic assistance. Very disappointing experience, and it has completely changed how I view this company.

Service is horrible, I’m trying return money through the bank

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars! Horrible experience. I've never written bad comments, but I've never encountered such a disgusting attitude towards customers.
They took my money and didn't even respond.
2 weeks waiting for a package!!

I paid for the order, but nothing was delivered. The delivery person never showed up, and the order was sent back. After that, I was told that a new package had already been shipped, which was not true. I never received a tracking number.

Communication with the company was terrible and eventually stopped completely. In the end, I had to contact my bank to get a refund.

It was stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating. I'm shocked that such a company treats its customers so poorly.

Fake selling

Ordered on a deal from meta advert, paid up and expected it wothin 10 day period. Advertise it as UK high grade product but when I checked Shop UK app its keeps tracking from China! Still dont have my product tried to email them but no response. Terrible experience and a scam! Dont trust !!

This website is no longer trustworthy after their November update. They don’t ship products anymore! I ordered six items 29 days ago and haven’t received anything. On the Shop app, my order keeps switching between “in transit” and “preparing for shipment.” I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they never respond.

Product paid but not delivered

Order ON261191

I ordered a few products this month of Nov 2025. One of the products was a box containing 12 protein bars. Instead they sent me only one single protein bar. I contacted them to complain and they arranged the new shipment. However, the new shipment contained again just one single bar instead of the box containing 12 bars. I contacted them again to inform about this error on 21st of November, they never replied. I contacted them again on the 26th of November, no reply so far again. Overall, not happy with the service at all.

Hit and Miss!

My first order with this company went well - quick delivery with FedEx. The second order never got shipped. I had to leave several messages and eventually the order was cancelled and refunded (due to a processing error!). I wouldn’t recommend ON. I’ve opted for a more reliable, local company.

Cut finger on tub, but you sorted it for me THANKYOU!

My husband has used this for years. But the latest tub of Banana Cream Whey he got, the seal was so sharp and hard to get off, he sliced his finger on it. I emailed you directly, but you didn't even bother to reply.
He will stop buying your products now.
!!!Thanks for your response today......but offering 15% off (of your website) if we choose to buy from you again which is 'whey' dearer than everywhere else is an insult to a cancer survivor who relies on high protein products to rebuild lost muscle after radiation and chemotherapy. It certainly feels like you don't care at all. HE WILL NOW BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND TO ELIMINATE RISK OF INJURY. He had spent £700 per year on your products!

24/9/25 Today you sent me some more powder and other freebies, true to your word. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING VERY GENEROUS. We WILL continue to buy your products because you 'do' care. Thank you also to Abel and Konstantinos who were so polite and helpful even when I believed they would never arrive....you both went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Took my money, no evidence of my order either on my profile on their website, or emails. Customer service number doesnt work. Raised two tickets on their website, with no email confirmation or response. I'm going to have to try to get my money back from the credit card company. They are a ghost company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Consistent quality

Ive tried 2 products. The gold standard chocolate whey is delicious,better than most milkshakes .I also recently tried platinum pre workout.It has a smooth increase in alertness from the caffeine but the other ingredients really give you focus.I took a clean and press from 56kg to 60kg in a matter of days.

All I could taste was sweetener!!!!!!! it made me feel quite sick The Gold Standard 100% plant protein contains sweeteners.
​The French Vanilla version contains: pea protein, rice protein, natural flavorings, thickener (xanthan gum), cinnamon, sweetener (sucralose)

Amazing quality!

I have been supplementing my Protien intake for years now since getting my health on track. I drink 1-3 shakes a day depending on if iv hit my macros and how hard iv trained. Over the years iv explored various different Whey based protein powders, and tried many flavours for verity! I came across Optimum Nutrition in my local Hollabd and Barret and was impressed with the nutritional content & quality ingredients list. So though I find it o e of the more expensive brands, unfortunately. I thought I'd invest and give it a try. Wasnt disappointed! It mixes so well, more or less dissolves as soon as it hits the water. No nasty lumps, clumps or gritty 'bits' floating on the top. I was also impressed that it wasnt overly coloured as I find thus so off putting. Noting worse then trying to drink something that's bright pink or fluorescent yellow! No nessascery if the taste and texture is right. Smelt great when mixing and most importantl ....taste is amazing!!!!! In fact iv not looked back and now I'll always have a few tubs on the go. Diwndise is, firstly the price, even on sake it's not much of a saving. Also it's very hard to find certain flavours, fir example Banana and French vanilla (as opposed to vanilla ice cream) in smaller serve tubs or pouches.
And last point is they dont seam to sell single serve sample sachets which I think every brand should offer as standard. As its always a risk and sometimes stops the customer buying a different flavour as if your not keen ( happen to me a few times with other brands) your stuck with a powder you cant use and out of pocket! Nice to have yhr option to 'try before you buy' for a few pounds. I'm sure I'd have tried a few more flavours by now and even ventured into the vegan based powders they have. But hesitant to risk it at that cost!
So please if you are so kind to read this, think about launching some sample sachets, and offering all flavours in the smaller size tubs and pouches! I'd love to try more from you. As I ooend this message with, I get a large measure of my daily protien intake through shakes. So its nice to keep verity in there!
If youd like to send je and samples I'd be more then happy to give them a try and feedback what I think!
I know the garentee us that theyll all mix well and taste great, and hit the nutrition content .....but flavour profiles are personal preferences. So you dont know until you try!

I ordered 2 large containers of creatine for my son and his friend, it came out to 120$ and never received an email about the order being confirmed. I do not trust this website at all and wouldn’t recommend using it.

ROTTON BAD SHAKES

Bought their protein shakes from local store and complained to them as the shake wasn't a shake even tho it was in date, The shake was set and wouldn't come out of bottle.
i even sent a video of the item and tried to shake it out.

i opened a ticket and was fobbed off that since not bought from there online shop they would not help even tho they make the item.

TOTAL DISGRACE COULDN'T CARE A BIT.
