Experience after 1.5 years of usage. Promised but no refund.

I tried optionsPlay for 1.5 years. During this time, I selected only the top rated and highest strength (strength=10) suggestions. Lost money on 90% of them. So gave up and forgot all about it. Rather than remind me on my annual renewal date, they a charge of $502.50 on my credit card. I immediately contacted my credit card company and OptionsPlay customer service. OptionsPlay said they will refund the money if I fill out a survey. I did. Then they said they are asking their accounting department to refund the money. However, that never happened. On the other hand, they argued with the credit card company and convinced them that the charge is valid since I complained one day after the renewal. Since I was assured by their customer service of refund, I put the case aside. I did check that my OptionsPlay account had been inactivated and that I could no longer login or use their service. However, last week I found out that the charge stands and there is no service. These guys are thieves. It is not just the accounting but also the technology. It does not work. Beware.
