This place is a scam , every 4/5 star review i would seriously question. They’re ad specifies first month free, never received that , also a guarantee that you could cancel anytime with no hassle. They had been calling me for about a week, letting me know it was time to pay up i left several messages that went ignored and they slammed my card anyway- big surprise… while speaking with CUSTOMER SERVICE this morning i was told it was a BILLING problem and i needed to give 30 days notice to cancel! So scammy and un ethical. Now i’ve created a TICKET which i’m sure will get top priority, and they’ll stick with this 30 day nonsense. So now i have a virtual office i don’t want / need , never used. GREAT ! i guess OPUS needs that $119! Don’t spend it all in one place . CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I’m sorry that you feel this way, as we try to be very clear in all of our advertising. For instance, the free month that you mention in your review is only applicable when you sign up for a 12-month contract. The following is what users see when they click on this promotion: “When you prepay for 11 months you will get the 12th month free”. This is also messaged on the payment screen just before you place your order. Since you did not sign up for a 12-month contract, you were not eligible for the free month. Further, in regards to the terms of our agreement, we clearly state on the payment screen before you place your order that the initial agreement is for a 3-month term with a 30-day cancellation notice, which happens to be substantially less than most of our key competitors who actually require a 6-month minimum contract. The reason for these terms is that there are several things we need to do in order to coordinate with your local office to setup and activate your account (ie-assigning a suite number, completing the required USPS Form 1583, activating your phone number, etc…) and then have time to deactivate all of these services when you choose to leave. We’re sorry if this upset you, however, this is standard for the industry and we make sure to message it clearly before anybody places an order.

I feel like I was tricked into buying a virtual address but ended up having to all this extra stuff with identification and I have to leave my house and I'm crippled just so I can print copies of to fill out to send to the company... If I would have knew this I would have waited until I had everything done ... Now my clock is ticking to use the address for business loans... And I can't even get one because I don't have enough money to change the address with the IRS

At this time we can only give them four stars because we've only been using services for a month, but so far so good. Customer service did well with any questions we may have had. Customer Service is awful
Customer Service is awful. Didn’t actually need service and was never used - requested a cancellation and refund - request was denied for reasons that made no sense saying I had utilized multiple departments. Also claim to be cheaper than other virtual office services, however after looking into if they are in fact not the best prices you will find.

When you encountered an issue with registering the Huntington Beach address due to it being flagged as a mail store and virtual office by the California, we promptly offered solutions to address the problem. Specifically, we proposed switching you address to one of our premium locations. Unfortunately, you declined this offer, indicating that you had already registered your home address with the state and no longer required our services.
As a further effort to accommodate your needs, we extended the $49 program option at our Los Angeles or Beverly Hills locations. Despite this additional offering, you chose to move forward with canceling your account, stating that it would not work for your circumstances.
While we regret that we could not meet your expectations, your account was fully activated on our end, and we made every effort to provide alternatives to support you.
