Oral-B Pro 3D Intensive Whitening truly does leave your teeth whiter taking off food stains in one day. You can definitely see a whiter gleen to your teeth and mouth feels cleaner and fresher. This toothpaste is worth trying and adding to your daily routine.

The worst product (order 594564444). The toothbrush lights are much too bright and cannot be switched off (like any other toothbrush). It gives me migraines. I tried to return. The worst customer service. Oral B failed to respond in timely manner, and failed to provide appropriate and correct returns policy. I had included all the relevant info in my returns package. However AFTER I had mailed it was advised that I needed to actually print out my online order email. After multiple emails and Oral B's failure to convey the appropriate refund instructions - I'm now out of pocket, with no refund. And I was told I have to wait for the toothbrush to be mailed back to me and THEN try to return, by which stage I'll miss the returns window. This has been single handedly the WORST experience of customer service in my life.

Same old story like so many others I found out after 3 time within 1 year my tooth brush oral b genius x stopped charging it is not the Tooth brush but the charger that dies.

These toothbrushes should be placed in the charger all times.
Keep it there until charged fully and then do not put it back and disconnect the charger form the wall socket.

Have had my Oral B Tooth brush with the famous Oral B modell 3757 charger (this like so many others gets superwarm and they cant handle it.
You take it back to repair and the shop will try repairing the brush instead of looking at the charger.
(This because if you also keep the brush on the charger 24/seven they both go bad.

After many times I finally found out just buy a new charger model 3757 = Ebay 99 SEK never from Oral B they shoiuld give me for free still in warranty 1 year old I had the brush replaced 3 times got tired and solved myselfe.
Now this charger is the worst of the worst I now have charger nr 3 that today exploded when connected it to the wall socket and this one is the orignal from Oral B I keept last time I had the brush replaced = complete kit.

the customer service is really the worst super bad and have absolutly no clue to help properly while their repair shops are well I can not even describe it I believe above speak for itselfe I am not educated technitian how ever now I buy a newe charger again = 4 chargers within 2,5 years for a tooth brush I paid over 2000 SEK for back then

oral b genius x

Super super good brush I never had so nice teeth and gums before as I do now.
Am super happy with the brush but the chargers are really bad. Thank god for the travel charger:)
Oral B pleasssse add prober information on how to charge.......it is extremely bad but think like this would you leave your mobile charging all times when you dont use it?
