App is not fit for purpose
For two years the ee app has been beyond the realm’s of usable, I’ve spoken to ee a few times now, the response “the app is been updated, wait a few days or we’re having issues with the app and will be rectified in a day or so” well after TWO YEARS (you go figure)………
Do not use BT/EE
Unfortunately, I have had to put 1 star. Nothing less for me to put!
Why, why has BT gone into partnership with EE? They are useless.
Why have I had to have an EE router, when my BT router and expander discs were working great!
BT engineer comes out last Saturday to fit EE router. Pulls fibre cable too hard, severing it! So no Broadband until open Reach can come out!
Tuesday open reach repair and fit new ONT box.
Today, hardly getting any broadband to house, as there's a fault with the connection. So now have to wait for open reach again. Coming tomorrow afternoon, but need them to come earlier as going away! Or do BT expect me to cancel my holidays and loose money to work around all their faults! From the beginning I requested 2 expander discs. But guess what, can't order those until the broadband is up and running correctly, so still won't have broadband functioning correctly. And then will have to wait for them to arrive.
But BT is still happy to take my money, even though I'm not receiving a service.
To say I am so disappointed in BT is an understatement. What have you done BT!!!

Very Slow broadband
Slow broadband. Contract states it will be 37mbps but keeps dropping to 5mbps or even lower ridiculous then back up to 20mbps been happening for ages engineers keep coming out and the same thing happens couple days later back to 5mbps. It’s funny how they got multiple EE trustplot accounts as this one is on 1 starts. Not surprised.

Travelled to 3 major towns today and despite being less than a mile from the town centres of all 3 couldn't get a signal, just sat there watching the network drop from 1 bar to zero. My bill is only £10 so why would I bother, I have received 3 calls this morning 01415010925 they said they are calling from EE PROMOTION, but couldn’t even confirm my name, tried ringing EE ON 150 waste of time have now put in complaint via email. 32% price increase within a month of 2 year contract. Extra charges every month for no reason. Unaffordable since so.much higher than i budgeted so can't afford other necessities but EE don't care

Only vague lucky thing is my husband was planning to switch to EE and we were planning to take out EE broadband when moved house few months after my contract started. Luckily had time to know how bad they are both in signal and as rip off merchant that avoided. We have reliable and cheap phone contract for him and broadband with much better provider.

I have phoned to make a complaint about multiple calls as a vulnerable sick customer? Who got distressed in calls I have Severe ME dysautonomia fibromyalgia brain fog and all they do is start doing calculations 36 minutes of head mash that I didn't ask for just please put a complaint through. I can't stand this anymore it's unbearable ....page numbers written down again until I'm soooooo confused I can't cope nothing should be this time consuming and upsetting to the point of self harm ...I will be leaving after 35 years customer I can't be spoke down to on a phone repeating charges over over over again ...

Started a new 24 month contract but within 6 days received an email stating my bill will increase by £10.60. Absolutely shocking...luckily i was within my cancellation period....bye bye EE Shame on you!
Worst worst worst network I have ever…
Worst worst worst network I have ever seen in my life. I will not recommend any one or continue service with EE. My iPhone was broken so I had claim it like Couple of months ago and they told me 120£ charge for it . After EE didn’t took the payment from my account or no call or not even email or message for payment but last week I have reviewed a mail from moorcroft group who is debt recovery limited. EE didn’t inform me for any payment or no call and direct this debt company contact me and asking me for £149 . I will not recommend any one to join EE network. I try to call EE and went to shop but no one help me . 0 zero star to EE.
Stay away from this EE Network, if you want to save time and stress.
I bought Sim Card Pay as you go Only with EE, as I am not technical, I didn't use my Mobile for a while. They locked my telephone and the so called Executive of Complaints, was deceitful in saying that I did not pass Security and therefore, they were not going to unlock my telephone.!!! I don't recomment this EE Network to absolutely Anyone. Stay away from this company if you want to save money and stress. Thank you.

Avoid at all costs
Shocking company. Made me pay for a tariff that rolled over (without my knowledge) for a contract I fully honored. Then made me pay for several months for something I didn't even use. All when I was a struggling student and to add insult to injury leave a black mark on my credit report for 6 years.

Don't use staff advice.
Walked into the branch to upgrade my contract. Come out with an unwanted downgrade. Be careful going in there before doing your research first. I came in for Samsung s21 but was mis-sold samsung a52s. Advisor kept telling me that this is the latest and best version. I trusted their knowledge. As I got back home and unpacked it, I realised its a cheap budged phone. What a downgrade from my previous one. And I'm now fixed into 12 month contract. I would not recommend using this company.
