Poor customer service, and no willingness to deliver any information

I ordered a Phone on their webpage.

The delivery time on the webpage said 2-3 days, and that the article was on stock.

As I ordered I got my personal tracking page, and the tracking page said:

Waiting to be sent - Estimated 6 days
This means at least 9 days as the phone had to be sent to denmark from france, which means that 2-3 days where a lie.

3 days later the tracking estimate was changed from
Waiting to be sent - Estimated 3 days
to
Waiting to be sent - Estimated 6 days
Without any kind of information.
So I called the customer service, and was told they would look into it, and send me some information about when I could expect the article to be delivered. However I never heard anything from them, and in the end I had to cancel the order.

All in all, you can not expect to get any information, and the information you get, you can not trust!

So my recommendation: Find another place to by your stuff.

No loyalty value

5 years with these people I am always surprised by the looks I get when I tell my friends my mobile phone terms and the price I pay. These were not good looks. Seemed like most people have better deals then me when sticking to one provider. It felt like Orange don't really give a darn about you or your loyalty. And after the conversation with the sales man, this hunch is confirmed.

I'm sure you would be better of with another service provider. My future is to stay as far away from orange as possible. Rubbish service, Rubbish signal, Rubbish everything. Cya!

Worst experience of my life

I was with orange for all of 6 months before I started having problems. When I took my first contract out in 2012, I decided to get a second contract on my account which turned out to be the worst mistake I could have mad. Every single month I had extra charges an had to ring up to correct their mistakes!!! This went on April May June July and August last year.. By September they went 1 step further and cut my phone off when I was 250 miles from home on my own so could not contact anyone. When I contacted them yet again they cut me off because of the £16 which they over charged me 3 months previous which they has told me had been corrected. This occurred again in the October.. I then spoke to several different people to have both of the contracts cancelled.. The stress was too much it has taken a further 4 months, but they have now finally cancelled the contracts after me beginning legal proceedings.. Useless company I would not advise anyone to sing a contract with them

Orange - not brighter - only blacker!

Had a problem with trying to get an iphone unlocked, bit rich, but communication not their strong point! Was passed about to so many reps and to cut a long story short they just sent an email to confirm that it just needed re-set from iTunes, why could they not just have told me that on phone, had to wait over a month for the info! Would be very reluctant to go back to orange, no uk call centre!

Resuing to give me my PAC code

I have been a customer of orange for over 15 years.
During this time i have had monthly bills of not less than £40 and sometimes £100, so i have been a good punter.
Since orange merged with tmobile the signal quality has really gone down. And as it is the most expensive service i decided to switch to tesco mobile and save money and get a better service hopefully. Tesco is on O2 so i imagine it doesnt have the bad signal the orange has.
Anyway to cut a log story short orange is refusing to provide me with a PAC code and is telling me i must go into an ee shop and make my request in person together with 2 forms of ID.
This is unacceptable, i have been a customer for over 15 years and indeed still am paying my bill via direct debit so they have no excuse. When i have called them i am always asked "why do i want to switch" and also told that their security department has blocked me from leaving. No reason given and no way of talking to the "security department" because they refuse to put me through and refuse to provide me with their direct line. Indeed one idiot called CHRIS on ext 46165 told me the security dept has no number at all. I asked him so how do you speak to them?
I must say EE is the absolute pits.
