Useless Website.

Got an orange Airbox 4G for travelling. Impossible to see the consommation and whats left. The panel for the Airbox says go to your account at orange, went there impossible to find anything to do withan air box.

Very slow

Am not a client of Orange but when I was in France my phone switched to Orange and it was almost impossible to do anything on the internet. Don't recommend.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!! You pay for wifi and wifi doesn't work. When you contact them on the chat: you wait 20-30 minutes for them to answer then if you don't reply in seconds they just close the chat. When you manage to speak to someone, they say they will transfer you to another operator (without even knowing what your issue is) and no one will answer anymore. Try this as many time ans you want, that's all you gonna get!

I was with Orange.fr for 10 years

I was with Orange.fr for 10 years. They continually kept adding services without asking me and taking money from my account. I had to keep calling them to ask why my bill was more and get refunded. Then in December I moved address and was supposed to keep my number and have fiber. They charged me €50 for opening a new account but then said they couldn’t supply me fiber but would not refund me the open fee. I therefore cancelled the contract. The next month they took a monthly fee for a phone and internet service I no longer had. Then I was emailed and told they would refund me the €36. But 2 months later nothing. Every time I call I am left on hold for 30 minutes at a time and customer service are rude and put the phone down on me, denying they know I had a contract. It is disgusting such a large organisation treats customers this way and get away with it!

Forfait sans engagement, or service!

I give 1 star only because I can't give zero. Purchased 80GB sim card 'sans engagement' for trip to France and Spain. Assured that the card purchased in France would work in Spain. It did not. Had to buy another card in Spain which also did not work once back in France. This one was fine in Spain to be fair. I was also assured that I could cancel the contract at any time in store. Not true. The Orange 'boutique' is happy to take your money but they show you the door when you want to cancel or get help. Call an unanswered number or battle past their chatbots and unhelpful internet website. Utter shower of sh1te. Witnessed a french couple leaving unsatisfied in front of me today in St Brieuc so they aren't treating the locals any better than tourists. Beware!

Worst internet provider ever

Worst internet provider ever. You subscribe to an internet bundle of 60GB and it doesn't even last a week? despite the fact I only use it on my mobile. The internet is also very slow I can't even play pug mobile without it lagging a lot. They should fix their service

I’ve purchased a sim card “sans engagement” only for my European trip. It turned out that they charge 30 euro if you enter Switzerland (like it is non-European country) and if you forget to top up the card for one day (ok it is my fault but anyway) they just kill it and it is impossible to restore the phone number somehow (and they do not warn you that only one day left or smth like that). In general I consider it not user friendly

Super helpful agent, Walter, from Orange.fr

I am returning to France for the first time, since Covid. Unsurprisingly, we terminated our contract with Orange when we could not visit as it was too much to pay every month for three years with no benefit. So, since our village still does not have fibre, we have opted for the 4G house package. I spoke, for close to an hour, to an endlessly patient and helpful agent, Walter, on the English-speaking number, and have arranged our new contract to be ready to go when we finally get there in a few weeks. Walter deserves high praise, he was absolutely super.

I've been Orange client for 22 years…

I've been Orange client for 22 years now and have had a positive experience throughout. From setting up of our ADSL service in 2001 to installing fiber in 2021. Always helpful customer service, trying, and eventually resolving my problem rather quickly. Have never been overcharged, the technicians always called back at the agreed hour. So this is just to to say - it's NOT always as bad as those unfortunate customer who have had such awful experience with this provider are saying..

The worst internet provider in the history of humanity

I moved to Gex 3 weeks ago.
I bought a sim card having 80 GB of data at a cost of 50 euros from Orange to have a good internet provider because I work as an online teacher.
And yet, this is the worst experience of my life.
Not even better than 2 MBPS speed can this company provide you.
Never, ever should you rely on the internet you think orange will provide you.

Can someone please explain how it is they’re still not bankrupt?

Our internet hasn’t been working for over 2 months. Since we don’t permanently live in France, I started to make an appointment to have it fixed just before we left home for our Christmas in the alps. Since then, I’ve been on the phone literally trying to get someone over to fix our line. Orange made 6 appointments for a technician, only 1 (!!) actually did show up but didn’t do a thing to help is out. He just looked at it and went. It’s now been 2,5 weeks of a holiday spent on orange. If frustrated as hell, have no internet and am about to commit suicide. Can someone please explain the French red tape to me? Even registering a complaint seems to be impossible….

2 weeks trying to have someone move the…

2 weeks trying to have someone move the fiber box from a wall in the house to a few centimeters farther ; a dozen phone calls and 2 weeks later they keep calling back both telling me "it can't be done" and "how did it go?" (it never went...).
Pathetic service, and had to find another way to move the box myself.

I recently used Orange as my mobile…

I recently used Orange as my mobile provider while on vacation in France. Overall, I would rate my experience as just okay.

One thing that was frustrating was that the customer service was not very helpful when I had issues with my service. I found it difficult to get in touch with a representative and when I finally did, they were not able to resolve my issues to my satisfaction.

Additionally, the coverage was not always reliable. I found that I had difficulty making calls or using data in certain areas, which was inconvenient.

Overall, while Orange may be a decent choice for someone living in France, I would not recommend it for tourists who are just visiting. There are likely better options out there.
