Terrible customer service, poor quality products!
E mailed to let them know I had bought an apple tree from them and that it had not fared well. Had an e mail back saying I should have told them last year. Well my answer is that if I have bought a tree, it may not grow too much in the first year, but after the beginning of the second and it still is doing nothing, I suspect the tree. To inform you and be told that it is too late now should be a warning to others who are going to purchase from this "company". Personally, I will not be returning to buy anything else from you as you have no customer service at all and based on my purchase, poor quality products.

Diseased Trees!
Very disappointed with the quality of trees supplied. I had 10 trees delivered on one pallet, and 2 of the 3 quince trees had severe Quince Leaf Blight. The 3rd one is showing signs of this.
I have received a full refund for the 2 blighted trees, as i was informed that a replacement was not possible because the remaining trees are also blighted.
I'm very disappointed that these trees were even sent out in this condition. Quality control appears non-existent. And I'm also concerned that, as it is a fungal condition, other trees on the pallet might be infected. It doesn't bode well for my other trees....
Won't be using this company again!!

Utterly delightful in every way. Outstanding service.
It's such a pity that 5 stars are the highest award you can give as it just doesn't seem to do justice to this lovely company. They are an utter delight to deal with from start to finish. They are real experts in their area and nothing is too much trouble for them. Outstanding products, very comprehensive website packed with invaluable advice and information and customer service which is world class. If only every company I had to deal with were as good as these lovely people! I would recommend their services without hesitation and want to thank them formally and officially for everything they have done for a complete novice like myself. Thank you.

Easy website to use, trees delivered in good condition
It was easy to use the website to select the right trees, they were delivered efficiently and in good condition. The company were very good at keeing in touch and letting me know the status of the order. I have no reservations recommending this company.
