The staff of the company website orange is really competent and above all they communicate quickly with efficiency.
While prices are substantially higher compared to other providers, but service quality is present.

I recently transferred my domains / hosting services from another provider (they had one of the worst customer support service and never available on weekends or night) to OrangeWebsite.

The first domain, took me a few hours to get it going (due to DNS setup from another hosting) and they helped through the process. The second domain was setup with ease and no issues. Currently moving two more domains to them due to better quality service and great technical support (good to know someone is reading my emails after business hours or weekends).

I highly recommend them after trying several services.

Tough road getting a payment to OrangeWebsite.com. When it arrived it was short full amount, though I sent more than full amount, and company forgave me the short-fall. Thank you.

I'm working with OramgeWebsite for about half a year now.

I've had a shared hosted for $3 a month and works really well. My website is pretty huge and sometimes I'm over the limit but that's not a big problem, the website run again without problem after a couple of minutes.

When I had other problems I contacted their support which answered me in less than 1 hour.

In my opinion one of the best host :)

Great hosting service and very easy to work with

they closed a domain for us after a fake complain - without to waiting on our explanation
after 2 days (in this time we lost money and trust) we got a message from staff: "feel free to dispute this with INTERNETBS, they are the domain registrar behind xyz.com and they are those who wanted to suspend the domain on their end if we didn't do anything about this."
- why we should dispute with INTERNETBS ??? we paid orangewebsite for a service NOT INTERNETBS !!!
- absolutly NOT recommended as registrar and hosting provider if you dont will lose money, time and trust. YOU WAS WARNED !

I've had a generally smooth experience with OrangeWebsite, and great, fast support the couple of times I've needed it. And love their commitment to renewable energy (the main reason I picked them in the first place).
