I highly recommend Orbital Computers, everything from the ordering process, delivery and performance exceeded my expectations. About a year after purchase I started having a "Blue Screen" problem, their tech support responded in less than 15 minutes, did a full system analysis and found the issue to be a video driver.

I needed a new computer for cad work. I looked all the named places like Dell, Micro Center, Microsoft Store, Apple, Best Buy and Fry's and they all wanted to sell me a tower with the wrong graphics card and a slow old hard drive. And they all wanted more money than Orbital for a slower computer. I researched the net and that is how I found Orbital. I called and spoke with Danny and he worked out the design with a fast, fast SSD. I paid for my computer and within a week he sent it to me from Washington State. FedEx did a great job on delivery and I set that baby up and "WHAM" it is so fast and quite. It really is the best computer I have ever worked with and I have been doing cad since 1987. You won't go wrong buying from Orbital Computers.

After much research, I decided to upgrade my trading computer and had Orbital build one for me. They could not have been more helpful in answering questions and suggesting what I should have....and it was not an upsell, in fact, they advised I did not need some of the extra bells and whistles that were available. I took it into my office to have my tech guy program it and he was very impressed with the entire package, speed and hardware. I will definitely buy another from them when I need it.

I was looking for a computer for currency trading and I did a ton of research. I finally decided to give Orbital Computers a try. All I can say is AWESOME. Danny has been so help full, knowledgeable and directed me toward a system that completely met my needs.

After I had the Computer for a few months I decided I wanted to get into Video Editing. I contacted Danny and he has continued to help me in directing me on what VIDEO cards to get and how to further build my system for the demands of video editing. I am totally impressed by the quick responses I receive and how totally knowledgable he is about what he does. Great company and I Highly recommend them!

I would not think twice about buying any kind of computer from Orbital Computers! As a futures day-trader -- and as a computer-savvy tech. guy -- I needed a tower with power, was quiet, would stay cool and had plenty of room for expansion and that could drive multiple monitors. Though tech. savvy, my area of knowledge was more software than hardware and I was just overwhelmed by the idea of having to build my own machine -- and just thought that too many of the custom-build companies out there were overpriced. Then I found Orbital. I was impressed by their knowledge of hardware! They carefully listened to me and what my needs where -- and put together a fast, quiet and cool machine that did all I wanted and more -- and delivered everything to my doorstep, fully tested and ready to go, for an incredible price! Then during setup, there were a few things I couldn't figure out; so I reached out to Orbital for some tech. support. They made themselves available to me via email and phone and, 1-2-3, they showed me what to do, walking me through changing a few simple Windows settings. It was amazing, me being a computer consultant and tech. guy, to have someone show me a few things I didn't know.
All in all, my experience has been only positive. I have been impressed with Orbital's computers, their hardware knowledge, their customer service and their tech. support. Clearly, Danny and company at Orbital know their way around Windows -- and the hardware on which it runs! (And, yes, I know where I am going to buy my next desktop computer: Orbital!)

When I began researching trading computers for best price, speed and customer service, it didn't take long to decide on Orbital and leave the others in the dust. They took me by the hand and explained everything along the way which helped me feel comfortable when making decisions on what I needed without up-selling me and without the commercial hype. It's nice to know that I have a trusted, knowledgeable friend in my court in the world of computers which can be very frustrating, confusing and complicated for those of us who know less about them.

Words do not describe how happy I am with my Orbital Trader X1000. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Stumbled across this company while searching for new CAD workstations and very pleased I did! Danny was a great help from start to finish in choosing the right components and arranging shipping to the Seychelles, which isn´t the easiest place to get things delivered to! Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!!

When my old PC was slowing down and invaded by viruses, I contacted Danny (learn about his company from Ninja). Danny built me a new PC which was delivered in a week. I've been using it and very happy with it. If I have issues or don't understand something, Danny is there to solve or walk me through them patiently even on Holiday weekend. He is a young, knowledgeable entrepreneur who has the patience like my Grandmother :)) a rare quality to be found these days. Goooooood job and Goooooood luck young man.

My experience with Orbital Computers was fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high performance computer for a reasonable price.

Their website provides a number of base configurations and after browsing for a few days I decided to make the purchase. Shortly after making the purchase I had a nice phone call with one of the people who assembles the systems who made some suggestions to my configuration based on what I was using the system for to improve the performance for the same price. It was really refreshing to talk with someone who assembles the systems and is truly knowledgeable about the hardware and is able to make good suggestions before assembling the system.

A few weeks later the system arrived exactly as described and exceeded my expectations, it looks sharp and performs really well and all of the hardware works together beautifully! I can't be more pleased and will be buying all of my computers from Orbital going forward!

I was looking for a PC to use exclusively for trading. I did the typical searches online and came up with the usual suspects....
I also came across Orbital and I'm glad I did... I emailed them a question at 9 a.m. on a Sunday and had an answer back by 9:10 a.m. which is 6:10 a.m. in Washington where Orbital is located. Who does that? Who answers customer service emails at 6 a.m. on a Sunday; Orbital does.
I received the answers to my questions and ordered a system. Danny helped me with component selection and the rest is history. I received the PC and have been using it daily without one hiccup. Do yourself a favor, buy an Orbital.....

This is a desperately needed alternative to the big computer sellers that I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for the essentials in a system designed for trading - power, simplicity, reliability, and support. The systems come with no bloat-ware and free lifetime technical assistance. Whatever your trading platform, these systems should be more than capable for years to come. What a change after 15 years of Dell and HP!

They built my trading computers fast and shipped it out with no problems. Plugged it in and there you go ready to make $$$ Also if any questions tey are fast and responsive to any question I will be buying from here years to come. Thanks

I found orbital computers on the internet and found them to be very understanding to what my needs were for a stock trading computer. I had a few things that i wasn't sure of when the computer was delivered and I called them and they explained everything to me. I have only had the computer two weeks but am happy with it and the customer service.

I found Orbital Computers website while searching for a replacement trading computer. The staff is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the best components to build a computer to meet my needs. This is by far the quietest computer I've ever owned and also the most powerful and responsive. In addition to the exceptional service and craftsmanship I have received, the cost of this professionally built computer was reasonable.

I highly recommend Orbital Computers to anyone looking for a top quality company to build a computer for them.
