You won’t find a company that provides better customer service than this one. I’ve now ordered 10 blinds from this company and whilst most of the blinds were fine where I did have some problems they were very promptly resolved. The customer service staff are absolutely amazing people who deal promptly with any issue and rectifies without any fuss. I’ve never come across a company that provides such exceptional service and I’m so very grateful for the exceptional quality of the product you have provided, so thank you very much and I’m going to continue ordering from this amazing company.

Firstly, very surprised there were so many bad reviews I found them an excellent company to do Business with, I did have a couple of small issues, but i always managed to speak to someone quickly on the phone, and they were very helpful and polite, I would definitely do business with them again.

Even though Order Electric Blinds website clearly states that the 'luxury roller system: we will supply you with a smart 7cm tall aluminium cassette that hides the roll of fabric, the brackets and the blind mechanism.' it does no such thing. The end brackets hang well below 7 centimetres, let alone the roll. Extremely disappointing and utterly avoidable.

They offered to reverse the blind, leaving me without one for up to 5 working days (during the longest days of the year), which wouldn't solve the unsightliness or a lame £32 compensation.

I very much regret purchasing a blind from this company. And after two weeks, the false advertising remains on their website.

EDIT: on June 7th - no less than two weeks into ownership - the motor stopped working. After initially forgetting all about a consumer's rights and expecting me to pay to return the faulty blind, the company eventually organised a collection for the faulty blind and a full refund. What a palaver and waste of time, money and energy.

Placed two orders. First one was good. Second order, the blind was slightly off centre which I saw they attempted to correct by adding a few layers of masking tape onto the metal roller, to add height. This tape isn't ever on view and does the job but still, you'd want it perfect, if you're paying premium prices.

I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering.
I've ordered Electric Double Roller Blind, I ordered 162.5 cm width but when I received it was 1.2 cm short. It has gaps on the side as well as light will be leaking out from the side.
I have called and emailed numerous times but I am not getting anywhere. Their reply was, "that was their standard to make it shorter than my order so they won't do anything for me."

I've ordered from crosbyblinds before and they came exactly size as my order. I haven't ordered from them for this because they don't make double roller blinds.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The blinds I ordered were made to the incorrect size, uneven and frayed. Despite asking numerous times, no one from the company called me to discuss. Instead I was issued a 10% discount for the inconvenience. The blinds cost £500 and we are unable to use them. AVOID this company and shop elsewhere.

Great looking website and the product is very well made. However, there is one huge issue which is not adequately described. I had assumed that the battery pack would be concealed within the unit itself. Come installation I discovered that the batter pack has to be fitted externally to the unit which totally distracts from having a stand alone unit. The pack is unsightly and has to be close to the motor unit in the blind. This is not made obvious in the website, especially all the pictures. Very disappointed and felt somewhat misled.
