I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. I have emailed twice and sent a message on Instagram. Order was placed over 30 days ago.

Ethically good but delivery needs work
Whilst the product looks good, delivery was a shambles, 2/5 delivery was over 3 weeks and that was after 2 email chasing the order.
Then when it did turn up rather than 3 separate boxes it was all chucked in one and left for us to separate out.
Ethics of the product good but really need to work on the delivery

Perfect experience
I have been using this subscription since last year and it is very convenient, I no longer have to remember to buy pads. They are pure cotton without chemicals and this is super important for me. I care about the health of my vulva! Highly recommended.
