This is my second time dealing with Organico and yet again a superb service, personal touch and fast, professional delivery. I have also spread word with friends about Jessica and Co. Their high rating is absolutely no surprise. Brilliant service. The cost was also a major deciding factor and was also extremely keen for what I required. Keep it up!!!

I ordered Optiyu Algal Omega 3 in med February 2026 and was sent a pack that was due to expire in April without any notification of this on their website. When I tried to return it, I got push back. Eventually they conceded. I had to chase for return postal and the refund. The experience with Organico was like pulling teeth. Not a good business experience.

Such a wonderful shop to deal with. I've been shopping with them for months now. Excellent customer service! One thing I ordered wasn't in stock and the rang to check if I wanted to substitute or wait. They always send out a lovely note with a complimentary tea bag. So delighted to support local.

My order arrived very quickly. There was lots of liquids in it and it was packed very well. The packaging has no plastic too , which is great . I will be ordering again !

Great company to deal with. An Post lost my order and the Organico team responded immediately. They re-sent the order and I received it within 2 days. All the products I've received over the years have been of excellent quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I was charged twice for my order,I emailed and rang the shop,they said I would get refund within in 5 working days,still no refund,emailed them,no response,AVOID like the plague,nothing but a bunch of thieves

Beautiful hamper of skin care products, lipstick, lots of free samples, chocolate & turkish delights arrived this morning. I have no idea who ordered it for me but it's a wonderful surprise & I will certainly enjoy using the great products.
A letter was enclosed informing me that tomorrow 8th March was International Women's Day & Mothers day 10th also details of the website.
