I ordered a set of dinnerware and the set was partially received. They said due to corona they had to shut down production and once production starts, they will deliver. But its been more than 2 years now they did not deliver and no one is even replying to the emails. The customer service is very pathetic. Stay away from ordering from this website.
Unlike others, I actually received my order of 2 x Set of ceramic dinnerware. However, 1 plate arrived broken. Despite sending a photo and muliple emails, I have never had a response. Based on other reviews, I don't expect I will ever get one!! I wanted to purchase several more pieces, but I will NEVER place another order with them. Terrible service...they just completely ignore customers! If you want to avoid problems, don't place order with them!!

I have ordered - and fully paid - a bunch of items on 23.08.2021 (today 26.11.2021 !!) and have received only part of my order. My multiple emails to inquire about the status are not being responded to, nor is it possible to reach anybody via phone. I highly recommend: BEWARE!
