Geen levering/geen klantenservice/

Ik bestelde voor bijna € 100 aan supplementen, waarna ik direct een orderbevestiging kreeg. Na 10 dagen had ik nog niets ontvangen, geen verzendbevestiging, geen levering, niets. Ik mailde, geen reactie. Ik reageerde via Instagram en hoera... reactie. Het pakje zou verdwenen zijn en ze zouden het me laten weten als het gevonden zou zijn. Ik stelde dat ik de voorkeur zou geven aan een nieuwe zending, omdat het me te onzeker was. Daarna heb ik niets meer van het bedrijf vernomen, welke poging ik ook onderneem om contact te krijgen, tevergeefs. Inmiddels heb ik om restitutie van het bedrag gevraagd, geen reactie meer. Organic Supply komt levering niet na en heeft ook geen adequate klantenservice. Afwachten of het überhaupt wordt opgelost. Zodra het opgelost is, zal ik deze review aanpassen.
