I wil NEVER EVER ORDER anything from this company AGAIN!!! I placed 2 day shipping order for some bracelets for a suicide awareness event. At first, the wrong ahip to address was incorrect, the rep said she updated it. Checked my check order status to only find out, she had not changed the address. Called a second time to verify, stayed on phone with a rep for at least 30 minutes who advised me that there was a glitch, we canceled the order and “replaced” the order w/correct ship to info. Low and behold, after all of the back and forth and confirmation that my order would be delivered in time…..To find out, it was a ghost order and in fact, NO REPLACEMENT ORDER ever placed!!! Needless to say, I was HOT!!!!! No bracelets but Amazon saved the day!!!

BEWARE of the *FUN* charges Oriental Trading…
BEWARE of the Oriental Trading Company's Fun Rewards+ program. Once you use your credit card with OTC they will bill you monthly. There is nothing on the order form OR an email that confirms your "enrollment".
That, and my order from 6 months ago is dropped from my account online.
DO NOT SIGN UP!
Signed up for some stupid monthly membership and I can't get them to stop billing me!
Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! Entire time while placing my order, it showed a specific delivery date. After paying and completing order, the confirmation email gave an entirely different date. Immediately contacted them and was told by Cheryl that it was corrected and I would receive my order on time. Called again 4 days later because everytime I tried to look up the status, it said canceled. Instead of fixing the issue, my order was canceled. Was forced to place order again, was charged more and then told that my personalized item could not get to me in time. So now I have paid more, for less. Their apologies do not make up for the incompetence. Terrible service. Do not recommend unless you want the run around and apologies.
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE! First, they set a different shipping date when I confirmed the purchase, so I contacted them to cancel the purchase and repurchase it by paying a different shipping charge. So far, so good, but then the order didn't arrive, and they didn't refund me for either of the two orders. They told me I hadn't been charged anything, so they haven't refunded me either amount and won't send me anything since they canceled and didn't create another order. Now they've asked me for the bank details showing the payments were made. I sent them and haven't received a response. The worst part is that they're from abroad, so I won't be able to call customer service later.

No one knows what they are doing
No one knows what they are doing. Website advertis a date of delivery. I placed the order//it gave a later date of delivery. Too late for the event. I canceled 30 minutes after placing the oder. Cancellation confirmed.. They sent the product anyway saying the 30 minutes was too late. 2 different stories.

DISAPPOINTED
I have used Oriental Trading for years & have been very happy until recently. Ordered banners and pins for my daughter’s prom March 19th with express shipping to arrive 3/24. I called 8 times and was assured everything would arrive by prom day, 3/28. Today is prom & despite being told 3 consecutive days that order would arrive by 3/28, I receive info that shipment will 3/31. I will not need custom prom banners & pins after the prom. Heartbreaking especially after calling every day & being assured everything would be ok.

Poor communication
I placed an order on March 22nd and paid to have it delivered by March 28. Once my money was taken I was then told the order wouldn't arrive until April 1 which is well after my party date. When I tried to cancel the order on March 25 I was told it already shipped but I couldn't see any tracking info on the webpage nor was a tracking number sent to my email. I spoke with customer service and they provided the tracking number but when I checked it on the carrier website it couldn't be found; this means the label was created but the item was not actually shipped yet, I worked at FedEx. Not sure why I couldn't cancel if the items weren't actually shipped. Also the customer service person, Nicholas, ended the chat early without resolving the issue. I now have to pay extra to get the items somewhere else
