I received my order promptly and it was exactly as I ordered.

It came a very late almost past the party. Half of the chocolates were unwrapped and unusable.Will never, never order the chocolate coins again! I would never recommend your chocolate coin product again. While I was happy with most of your products this one fell so very very short.

When my Order was delivered, it was 3/4 open with one package inside totally open and 6 of the Earth Day dog tags were missing. I order often from your company and this has never happened before.
I called customer service, told them what happened and was told another package of the dog tags will be shipped out.
I appreciate that gesture and will continue to order from you.

The items in my order were up to my expectations. The order arrive quickly.

The items are great and well packed. My order was delivered but not placed on my stoop or even my step. It’s a fed ex issue not OT, but it should be addressed WTH them.

I did not like the fact that the stickers were not applied to the discs. It struck me as lazy. Other than that I am happy with the items themselves.

I like both items I received! I am using both of them for my classroom! I got cute bunny frames for the children to put together and I also bought cute little stuffed animals with shirts that read I love to read! Both super cute!

I am excited to start my VBS experience this year. You always carry decorations that make VBS exciting. But the 3d butterflies were not 12 inches more like 6 inches. But everything else was as described.

I received a bill for this package. Which I thought was a replacement for the package that FedEx lost. I didn't realize I was being charged for this package. Miss communication I guess on my part. I will be returning this package. Please send me instructions on how do to so.

I received my order way ahead of schedule (it was due to be here on Thursday and I received it the Saturday of the prior week)! The content of my order was correct and I'm happy with my purchase.

My large plastic Easter eggs arrived on time and none were broken. It did take me about 10 minutes to ensure that each cover fit a bottom, and they all did. I got better at fitting them as I went along. I will be spray painting them to use as a fanciful floral arrangement container.
