I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I recently became a platinum tier member and was offered 25% off to leave a review like this one. I never received the discount and have been waiting for resolution for 5 days. I wanted to use it during Memorial Day sales. Very poor service but I love the product

User friendly purchasing process but...
The purchasing process is user friendly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the lack of live support if you have any questions about a delivery that didn't happen. Had to jump through a few hoops but ultimately it got resolved.
