Ormskirk is the only place who supplies my dogs food Natures Variety Mini Beef at the best the prices and in stock! The delivery is always quick especially if I've run out quicker than expected as I can't just go to local pet stores they don't stock it and it's the only food he eats for his allergies.

I've used Ormskirck Pets a couple of times and I've decided to make them my go to supplier, I had a problem and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently communication is great quick to answer emails, the quality and price of the products is second to none.

Received wrong order on September 2nd and contacted seller immediately. Provided proof of every item received. When asked if I would be willing to accept the items, I explained I would prefer a full refund and requested Evri return code.
Since 5th September I have been ghosted. Two months later I have still not been refunded. I am obliged to make a Court Claim (formally Small claims) to seek redress

Seller says they sent correct item - I ordered 10 packets of Natures Deli chicken sticks as advertised. I received Chicken and Cheese sticks. Seller says that is what they were meant to be!
Says that as the box was opened, I cannot be refunded.
I was asked to send a photo of every packet in the box to prove they were all Chicken and cheese. How could I have done this without removing them from the box?
Says I have used some of the items. I explained from the outset that I had opened 1 of the 10 packets and gave one of the sticks to my dog. Only when she refused to eat it did I discover I had been sent the wrong items. I would happily have accepted a refund minus 10% for the the opened pack
I made every effort to return this order. As I had been sent the Wrong product, I asked seller to provide an Evri return code, or arrange for Evri to collect from my home.
I have had no response from this seller for Two Months, despite me trying to contact them. They never told me they didn't intend to process a refund. I only discovered this when they posted a response to my review on Trust pilot - within an hour of my post.

Highly competitive, couldn’t find the product I wanted any cheaper anywhere else! Love the fact it’s a family run business. Signed up to the subscription, so get my product every so many weeks, making the product even cheaper! Had a problem once (my doing) and the customer service was amazing!!

We always buy our pet treats from Ormskirk Pets. Such a variety of choice and they also have great offers. Fast dispatch and delivery….Perfect! Would definitely recommend this Company. 😊

The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. My order was delayed due to a supplier issue, but it was a minimal delay and they kept me completely updated. And were honest and upfront, unlike many companies that lie when orders are late. Fantastic.

I have started using Ormskirk Pets recently and found them very good with reasonable prices and a very good back up letting me know delivery details which has been excellent. I don’t even bother with my previous supplier.

I trusted this family-run company and paid extra for next-day delivery of dog food. When I changed the delivery from my home address to the post office, I accepted that it would take two days. But after five days, still nothing, so I had no choice but to buy local food and do a chargeback. They had the nerve to contest the chargeback, showing they care more about money than their customers. Extremely disappointing – avoid this company.

The products I received are great and at the best price I could find.

I was a little disappointed that the delivery took 10 days despite the promise of 3-5 days.

But I would not hesitate to order again from this company.

I have a monthly delivery of frozen chicken necks for my dogs. I used to buy locally but got very expensive so went online and found Ormskirk, brilliant service, always delivered on time and the price is right. Well done keep up the good work my 7 dogs really appreciate your chicken necks.
