After many searches for a Chicken Swing, and then finding them unsuitable, I came accross Ormskirk Pets. Easy ordering, quick delivery and a good product. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Always have in stock what I need a lot cheaper than the supermarket, I live on a Scottish island and don’t get a lot of choice but this company is top class been a customer for about 5 years, my last delivery was within 2 days. Amazing.

I ordered a pet bed for my dog but when it arrived the measurements were a lot smaller than they said on the site. I took a screenshot of the measurements and sent it to Ormskirk. They accepted that the measurements were wrong and I noticed they changed them to the correct measurements on the site. However they expect me to pay to return the item when it was no fault of my own. The information on the site was misleading and if the measurements had been correct I would have ordered the medium bed not the small. The bed is too small for my dog!! I’m very disappointed with the service not even offering to pay for my return when it was their mistake!!

This is the best company for my dog products that I have bought from, they sell a massive assortment of treats that I have seen, they are of excellent quality, delivery is so fast, they let you know when they have sent your products off, I certainly won't shop anywhere else now, there prices are really good, this is a company to definitely return too, they have such a large assortment of products for animals, thank you

Takes too long to dispatch..ordered cat food over 5 days ago, jusy notified it has been sent to Royal Mail, now anothet 2-3 day wait no doubt!

I have had a few bags of Tast of the wild dog food from ORMSKIRKPETS I have found the price to be very competitive and the delivery was fast I always keep a spare bag to hand and on opening that start price matching for another one and ORMSKIRKPETS quite often have the best deal.

Wilbur absolutely loves his noodle dog toy, he takes it everywhere with him and gets very stressed if he cant find it. Unfortunately it ultimately gets very dirty and a bit chewed 🙄. Fortunately Ormskirk always have plenty in stock, much to Wilburs delight 😊

Have used this company for a while and they have usually been ok, although it takes a while to receive the order. This time, despite instruction to leave the package in rear porch, Evri have left it by a gate in a field miles away. The company's response is for us to go looking for it. I have no idea how we are to identify a gate. Very disappointed with this attitude.
