Ornella Caftan Reviews 

The Ornella caftans and dresses are really good however a couple of the last caftans were obviously rushed and some of the seams and around the v neck ones had to be stitched again.
The biggest letdown with the company is the long delivery time yiu need to allow at least 4 weeks definitely not the 5/7 days

It is the first time I order from this company. It took a little while to receive it. I am from Canada. I bought 2 caftans and had the chance to receive 3 with their special. Unfortunately one had a rip in the front. Probably in the weaving of the material. I sent them an e-mail with the pictures of the caftan. They told me not to worry, they would send me another one. I asked if I had to return the damaged one and they answered to keep it. I wrote to them this morning asking to follow the delivery of my new caftan. I am waiting for an answer. This is part of the reason I gave 4 stars.
Also the advertisement says it will wash and remain the same. I hung them up to dry, washed on the gentle cycle, but they turned out a bit crinkled. I had to use my
steamer. They are very comfy to wear inside the house.

I am delighted with the service and prompt replies to my questions. I am also in love with the caftans. Lovely designs, colours and a fabulous material. Very light and soft. So nice against my skin.

Easy to order and package arrived promptly. The company is very responsive to messages and really helpful. The only downside is the caftans come in so many colours and patterns it is hard to choose. 😆

I love them but because I have a stomach bigger than my bust size they are a little tight around that area, otherwise the prints are beautiful, I just wish you had plus sizes

I am frequently disappointed when I shop from a Facebook site, but not with Ornella Caftan US!! These pocket dresses are EXACTLY what I hoped they'd' be: well crafted, soft fabric, the perfect length for a 5'8" woman, stylish, and comfy. I can't wait to spend the summer in these. With the current sale of buy 2, get 1 free, they are more than affordable. Highly recommend!

Claims to be Australian yet ships from China. I haven't received my order yet but I would never have made an order if I had known the items come from China. Rip off

The shipment arrived on time and I love the caftan. Such vibrant colours ad the right size for a hot summer's day.

The communication from the company as to when I would expect delivery for Christmas. They assured me that the tracker would help and it did. They answered my wuestions every time and I did receive my order for Christmas

I fell in love with the design of one caftan in particular but— couldn’t forget about it. The reviews were convincing. Love the natural fabrics and easy care tho I haven’t washed them yet. So comfortable. Bought three with the third going to my sister who loves hers as well.

I bought TWO caftans with the deal to select another ONE FREE. I selected a Kimono and 2 Pocket Dress Caftans. I am very impressed with the fabric and quality and construction of the garments. The fabric is soft and flowy. So comfortable to wear.

Lovely fabric but pockets are very shallow and stuff can easily fall out. Otherwise very nice.

Caftans large selection; very easy to order; no shipping charges; easy cover up to answer the door; very light, super comfortable to wear; material beautiful 40 linen/60 cotton; easy wash; some shrinkage if you put in the drier; friends love to receive as gifts - always have spares. You can’t go wrong especially if comfort is your priority. If you like a pattern, order it! It might not be there next time. I ordered with some scepticism, given the 'one size fits all' mantra, and the fact that I am clinically obese. To my delight, the caftans DID fit, and the fabric is SOOO soft - love them.

Received my 3 Caftans today. They are beautiful..Well made and extremely comfortable, I have put an order in for more to give as gifts.
i am a retired lady and I love to wear my caftans around my home as they are so relaxing to wear..They wash beautifully and they look so elegant on. Highly recommend 💯 percent.

I have been trying to return and exchange for 2 weeks. Although I had an initial positive response to email request/return, an exchange was not possible. Even though still in original package with tags. Now I am still waiting for the address to return product to and obtain my refund. Then I can purchase the two preferred caftans. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Maybe now I do not want to purchase another two caftans, as this customer service is not positive feedback about the CORNELLA CAFTANS professionalism.

Caftans were beautiful and well priced.
Delivery was prompt, even though it was the Christmas holiday.
Prompt response from owners.
