When your package was initially refused by customs, I personally took the time to contact them and investigate what steps were required to ensure the package could be accepted. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, it was returned to us. As soon as we received the return, I immediately processed your refund and sincerely apologize for any delays you experienced during that process.

My strong support for sustainability and my recent focus on products made from natural materials led me to the Orta store. I prioritise supporting local shops and those that manufacture products in Europe, and I am willing to pay more for quality.
I ordered two sweaters that I truly love. One got slightly damaged and even after 3 months, when I contacted Orta team they offered to help me solve the issue and have a better experience with their store. They first suggested getting in touch with a seamless and offered to reimburse the costs. However, once I explained them that one of them refused and the other had negative reviews, they offered to send me a brand new sweater in exchange of the old one. On top of that, they also gave me a discount voucher for my next order.
They were very friendly, communicative and understanding of the whole situation. Gabriele helped me find the easiest way to solve this issue and answered to all my email within an hour.
I am truly satisfied with both their products and their service. They really know how to communicate with their clients and this is highly appreciated.
A big thank you and congratulations for being such a respectable company!
