Bad treatment outcome
I had my aligners with orthoclear but it was very unprofessionally done and i was not happy with the result so i had to redo afterwards. When i confronted them about this they did not answer me.

We have carefully checked our records and can confirm that we do not have any client registered under your name, nor do we have any correspondence regarding a treatment with you.
In addition, when we contacted the mobile number linked to this review, the person confirmed that they have never undergone treatment with Orthoclear. This conversation was recorded.
Despite this clear evidence, Trustpilot has unfortunately chosen not to remove this review. We want to emphasize to our current and future patients that this statement does not reflect an actual experience with our brand.
This company is a scam
Better get yourself a real dentist
Low price, poor service.
I had important questions on the health and safety of the procedure and no one was able to answer them, but only redirected me to their website where no real questions are actually answered.
You never get to talk to real dentists but only to practitioners and Virtual Assistants who have no idea about orthodontics. Their website is misleading and does not contain rea information about the procedure, terms of contract etc. They pressured you about starting the procedure ASAP telling you that the 3D scan would not be fine to use in few weeks times (at a real orthodontist this actually never happens). They do not even invoice you properly.
Better get yourself a real dentist.
I want a refund.
The also claimed my review was fake when l actually used their services and was very disappointed. Zero customer service. Instead of fixing their services they claim negative reviews are fake.

Very happy to have chosen Orthoclear. I had initially done an assessment with another company and it was more expensive and I needed to get a bar behind my teeth. I’m almost finished with my aligners and the results are amazing! I’m really happy I did it. The aligners are painful at first but you rapidly get used to them. Everything is clear and well organized, I just wish they had more locations across NL. Highly recommend it!

We are very, very surprised about your 1 star review. And here is why:
You choosed our S package which is €799 meaning a max. of 7 aligners upper/lower. Plus, the custom-made whitening trays and our night retainer.
We are very clear about not offering a guarantee for the 3D simulation. As with any treatment, this wouldn't be possible. Teeth might move slower, or you might not wear the aligners for the prescribed 20-22 hours.
In your case the results after these 7 aligners was really very nice!!
If you would like to see even more results you could have extended the treatment with more aligners. For which you would pay the difference between €1499 and €799.
