Tried on knee brace for couple of minutes. Material of bad quality and falling apart. Emailed to complain and receive a refund. Tried to offer sending replacements parts. As bad product - Returned at my huge expense.
Now saying brace has arrived with them and as damaged, only offered partial refund as sending brace to be repaired and I have to pay for this delivery. Do not by from them!

Impossible to contact the company…
I ordered an unloading knee brace for my wife. The item arrived directly from China, but was unsuitable for my wife's knee. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations I had 14 days to return it to the company. However, when I tried to contact them, emails are not replied to, the UK phone number is dead, and the Post Office told me that their postal address does not exist.
Do not buy anything from this company!

I have bought items (Knee braces) on Othomen online, where it says 60 days refund guaranteed, return policy explained and contact number and email provided. After receiving these items they don't fit. I have been writing emails for more than a week to get the return authorisation number; no response. I tried the number provided, it seems disconnected. I feel like I have been robbed. NEVER TRUST ORTHOMEN ONLINE and it is DODGY website despite the good looking..
