You failed to mention that this device only works on smooth surfaces. If there is a crack in the cement or asphalt driveway it is very hard to move over it.
It did not lift my husband high enough to get into the car.

I did not place this order. It was shipped to Hawaii and my home & billing address is in GA. I sent an email to customer service when I received the first notice of this order but was never contacted.

Very happy with my knee brace.

Highly recommend for protecting your injured foot.
Love the air pump, but it comes with conflicting information.
Unsolicited advice:
Note the default settings before playing with the pegs.
Only adjust the pegs.
Protect your healthy ankle - between this boot and a knee scooter - it can end up looking worse than your originally injured foot 🫠
This boot is phenomenal at protecting your injured foot. I flipped over the knee scooter - of course by accident - and in this boot, my foot was completely oblivious. I bought this to replace an inferior boot, which allowed my foot to be re-injured just standing in it.

I was very disappointed with the brace I purchased. It seemed okay the first day, the longer you use it the stiffer the hinges get. There is squeaking and a vibration from the hinges that is very uncomfortable plus the added force needed to make the hinges move made the brace useless. Also the medial pad pushes on a very sore spot and there was no adjustment that would help. It was a unfortunate waste of money. It went in the trash. I am currently using a cane until my knee replacement.

I have a problem with a defective part on my unloader knee brace. They told me they would send a replacement part wo weeks ago - nothing received yet. The brace works fine but one of the parts broke.

Good knee brace

I got the OA Brace and it fit good and was easy to use. I got a second brace that was not what I needed and was easy to return. That was helpful to be able to compare and know I had the right one.

Contacted customer service requesting a RA authorization return which I received sent back brace unopened box, unopened bag with knee brace, tracking number, shows that they received the brace and contacted them several times by phone and emails but no reply we just want refund as originally requested and offered. Be aware Orthamon doesn't honor their return policy - use Amazon instead.

Stay away!

Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.

I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing.
I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

A glitch in sending the left knee brace ( 9 day delivery delay after the right knee brace had arrived ) is the main reason for the 2 star. Also factoring that I needed more information about the hinge adjustment to get the effectiveness increased. Found much needed unloader knee brace information thru articles on PubMedCentral. Price, comfort and quality of the brace are quite good.

The ordering process was uncomplicated, the service/delivery were very timely, and the product looks very sturdy and easy to apply. I have not used it for a significant amount of time as of yet, but I am sure that if I have an issue, I would get timely assistance and service.

Scam. Ordered a knee brace $199
It was the worst, cheapest way too small junk I've seen.
Sent it back the next day as per their 60 day return 'guarantee'
I took photos of me sending it at the post office and tracking ID.
They said after 3 months they never received it from the post. Scam!
They probably sold the same one to someone else.

The product is plastic and appears like it would not last. I returned it for a refund. Ten days after they acknowledged the return and no refund and no customer service response. I would not recommend this company.

Took forever to get and when I received it didn’t work.

Scam company not located in Cali but china, dont order from them, its all junk!
