Op 23 december heb ik bij ortopet.nl…

Op 23 december heb ik bij ortopet.nl een carpal brace van het merk Balto besteld. De betaling was voldaan met een visa creditcard. Het bedrag werd geind, maar ik kreeg geen bestelbevestiging. Nu, 3 dagen later nog steeds geen bevestiging na meerdere keren telefonisch contact en e-mails. Het telefoonnummer blijkt niet gebruikt te zijn. Een waarschuwing voor iedere klant die bij ortopet iets wilt bestellen. Onze hond heeft nog steeds geen brace. Slecht!!

Let op: retouren verdwijnen, terugbetaling blijft uit

Waarschuwing – Malafide webshop

Let op: bestellingen worden in eerste instantie wel geleverd, maar bij ruilen of retourneren gaat het mis. Het retourproduct komt nooit aan, omdat het opgegeven retouradres niet blijkt te kloppen. Vervolgens ontvang je geen terugbetaling.

Ik raad sterk af om bij deze webshop te bestellen.
