Happy with my experience
Very quick response when I enquired about purchasing a 2nd and 8th day test kit. The customer service was amazing very patient and helpful. When I made up my mind the test kits were sent out straight away and I received them with no problems. I’ve recommended to other family members that are due to need them as they are going to be flying back to the UK soon.

Terrible service
Terrible service. No results of day 2 and day 8 tests. Had to chase constantly, eventually results arrived on day 11. Was told they had been sent on time but were in spam. Untrue. Was told they were not sent automatically as i had not filled in all forms. Untrue. Unreliable firm. No discount or refund offered.

This operation is a scam
This operation is a scam. We paid £190 for 2 tests as part of the UK requirements for inbound travellers. Tests did not arrive on time. Results were never provided. No response to emails or the telephone.
Works until they take your money, then it's like dealing with a cyber black hole.
